Newly available property ready for the whole family and more to make memories! Close to all amenities, places of interest and the unrivalled beauty North Norfolk has to offer.
Situated on the national nature reserve, this property is ideal for unique wildlife and landmarks such as St. Benet's Abbey on your doorstep.
For adventures further afield but still close to home you have Bewilderwood, Norfolk Broads, Potter Heigham and of course the beaches at Caister and Great Yarmouth.
Set back off the main access road, there is a large driveway with ample parking which can accommodate up to 8 cars.
Secure rear gate entrance into private garden with outside seating and furniture.
Enter the property via the rear door into the utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer included. Bathroom to right hand side with shower and feature bath.
Walk back through to lobby/workspace area with baby jukebox.
Large full kitchen and dining area behind. Including American style fridge freezer, Hotpoint dishwasher, TV, kettle, microwave, cafetiere, Bosch cooker and hob. Dining area has plenty of seating available including high chair.
Snug lounge area with sofas, visitor information and smart TV.
