The 'ALCOVA APARTMENT' is a lovely studio in the heart of Como, the perfect place for dynamic people.

The apartment enjoys an exceptional location, a few steps from Piazza Cavour and Lake Como.

Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet, offering peace and privacy. It is located on the 4th floor and can be easily reached by using the lift* from the first floor.

Inside you will find all the essentials for a comfortable stay, both short and long. A washing machine, linens, soft towels and body care products are provided for your comfort.

From the cozy bed, you can admire the spires of the Duomo and the starry sky of Como.

Whether you are travelling for business or pleasure, this is the ideal solution for a pleasant and well-equipped stay.

*Please note: The lift is a freight elevator. Guests sensitive to the use of lifts should be aware that the button must be held down to activate it and that the ascent speed is slower than with standard lifts.

All guests are required to pay a tourist tax, 3€ per day per person except exemptions. Prior to arrival it is required to complete the online check-in where you will have to enter the details of the identity documents of each guest to speed up the recognition process on the day of arrival.

The amount shown on the portal includes the owner’s rent and the payment for ancillary services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in invoice in separate accounting documents at check-out.

Contact the agency before arrival to receive all useful information and please do so by 18 hours because the office closes at 19 hours and after this time it will not be possible to send the login information.

The entrance to our apartments is scheduled from 15 to 19, to complete the check-in you will be sent a link with instructions for access to the apartment and a house book with useful information for the house and stay.
