Whether you're cooking up a storm in the kitchen or sitting down to enjoy a film in the evening - the property boasts a versatile and flexible layout with space to entertain or unwind alone.
The four bedrooms have a spacious and restful feel offering the best spot to retreat after a busy day exploring the city, with primary bedroom boasting en-suite facilities. There is an additional, modern wet-room off the first floor landing and serves the other bedrooms. The property is completed with a patio garden of a higher, private vantage point. The property does not fit those with accessibility issues, as the front door is accessed via some fairly steep external steps, and the accommodation is set over multiple floors.
Parking is accessed on the road outside the home and is a true rarity with being so close to the City, please do contact us with questions and how to reserve this.
