Blending traditional character with modern comfort, it offers an inviting retreat for couples, friends, or small families looking to stay within walking distance of the city’s lively cafés, cultural landmarks, and picturesque Venetian alleyways. Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, offering an authentic Old Town experience.
The apartment features two comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms, each equipped with a Smart TV for added convenience. A sleek bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped open kitchen—including an oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, fridge, freezer, microwave, and all essential cookware—provides everything needed for a relaxed stay. A washing machine is available for longer trips, and Wi-Fi reaches up to 24 Mbps. Hot water is supplied via the electric panel system, typically requiring around 15–20 minutes to heat before use. The entrance is easy to find with the provided instructions, and the balcony is furnished with a small table and two chairs, perfect for a quiet morning coffee outdoors. A baby cot or highchair can be provided upon request, and check-in is carried out via a convenient keybox.
