Inside, the apartment features one comfortable bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, along with a living area that includes a sofa bed suitable for an additional guest. The open-plan space offers a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, and a filter coffee machine, while the bathroom includes a shower and a convenient washing machine. Wi-Fi provides speeds of up to 24 Mbps, suitable for browsing and remote work, and the electric boiler typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. The apartment is located on the third floor of a traditional building with no elevator, and there is one small step at the entrance. A TV, toiletries, and air conditioning complete the essentials, and a baby cot and highchair are available upon request. The apartment uses a keybox for easy self check-in.

The apartment is situated in Corfu’s historic Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage area filled with Venetian architecture, narrow lanes, and vibrant local life. Spianada Square, Liston, the Old Fortress, the Museum of Asian Art, and the charming shopping streets are all within walking distance, along with plenty of restaurants and cafés. The nearest supermarket is just a short stroll away, and Faliraki Beach is approximately 600–700 meters from the apartment. Free parking is available at the Old Port area, while the Spianada Municipal Parking offers paid options, and the airport bus (Line 15) terminal stop is conveniently close for easy transfers.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00, with earlier entry possible if the apartment is ready, and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom bin. The property uses a keybox for convenient self check-in, and child equipment is available on request. Please note that the apartment is located on a pedestrian street where vehicle access is restricted.
