Offering a fantastic base for exploring Northumberland’s rolling hills, dramatic coastline and historic market towns, this welcoming retreat is ideal for families and friends seeking space, comfort and a touch of luxury — complete with a private hot tub.
Lovingly furnished and thoughtfully laid out across three levels, The Byre blends character features with modern comforts. With a spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen, enclosed garden and private parking, it provides everything needed for a relaxing break in one of Northumberland’s most scenic locations.

Ground Floor:
Living Room – Comfortable seating, Smart TV, electric fire, and coffee table.
Kitchen/Dining Room – Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler, coffee machine, dining table and chairs.
Utility Room – Washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 2 – Double bed, bedside tables with lamps and storage, wardrobe and mirror.
Bedroom 3 – Twin single beds, bedside tables with lamps and storage and a mirror.
Bathroom – Bath with shower overhead and wash basin.
Separate Toilet – Toilet and wash basin.
First Floor:

Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor — a comfortable double and a twin — served by a family bathroom and separate WC, making this layout ideal for mixed groups or families. Upstairs, the master suite enjoys added privacy, featuring a kingsize bed and an en-suite bathroom with both bath and walk-in shower.
To the rear of the property, the enclosed garden is a real highlight. The decked area houses a superb private hot tub, perfect for relaxing under the stars after a day of adventure. With outdoor seating and a BBQ, it’s also ideal for al fresco dining during warmer months.

To the east, the coastal village of Bamburgh is renowned for its majestic fortress, Bamburgh Castle, and its sweeping expanse of golden sandy beach. The elegant Georgian town of Berwick-upon-Tweed, which straddles the salmon-rich River Tweed, and the cobbled market town of Alnwick, home to the iconic Alnwick Castle and The Alnwick Garden, are both within easy driving distance and offer a wide range of shops, attractions and dining options.
