Villa Costa Incantata with Jacuzzi and Stunning Amalfi Sea Views

Villa Costa Incantata is an elegant panoramic residence located in Amalfi, in one of the most charming and authentic areas of the Amalfi Coast. The location is both strategic and peaceful, ideal for guests who wish to stay close to the town center while enjoying privacy and stunning sea views.

The villa is approximately 1.5 km from Amalfi Cathedral and Piazza Flavio Gioia, the vibrant heart of the town, where you will find restaurants, cafés, shops, and all essential services. The nearest supermarket is also located in the center of Amalfi, about 1.5 km away. The main beaches are easily reachable: Marina Grande Beach in Amalfi is about 1.5 km away; Atrani Beach is approximately 2 km away; Duoglio Beach, known for its crystal clear waters, is about 2 km away; Santa Croce Beach, one of the most picturesque coves in the area, can be reached by boat from Amalfi’s port.

Atrani, one of the smallest and most characteristic villages in Italy, is about 2 km away. Ravello, famous for Villa Cimbrone and Villa Rufolo, is approximately 7 km away. Positano is 16 km away, Sorrento 30 km, Pompeii 30 km, and Naples about 60 km. A bus stop is located nearby, making it easy to get around even without a car. For guests traveling by car, it is possible to reserve a parking space in a private parking facility located approximately 100 meters from the villa, for an additional fee.

Previously rented as a guesthouse, starting this year Villa Costa Incantata is offered as a private villa for exclusive use, ensuring total privacy and spacious, comfortable interiors, perfect for large families or groups of friends.

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests and offers 250 square meters of interior space and approximately 200 square meters of outdoor areas, spread over two levels.

From the main road, the villa is accessed without steps. The outdoor areas are arranged on several panoramic levels connected by approximately 40 steps in total. From the main entrance, about 10 steps lead to the first terrace featuring tables under a lemon pergola, a typical Amalfi setting ideal for breakfasts and relaxing moments. From this terrace, about 15 steps lead to the Jacuzzi area, open from April to the end of October, perfect for relaxing while admiring the sea. A further 15 steps lead to the large main terrace with a dining table and chairs for 12 guests and a solarium area equipped with sun loungers. All outdoor spaces enjoy beautiful sea views.

GROUND FLOOR

The entrance opens onto a reception area with a desk that guests may use if needed. This leads to a spacious and bright living room with a dining table and chairs for 12 guests, sofa, TV, air conditioning, and heating. From the living room, you access the professional kitchen, fully equipped with an induction cooktop with two burners, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, espresso coffee machine, kettle, and various small appliances. The kitchen is also ideal for hosting private chefs.

Also on the ground floor, there is one bathroom with shower.

UPPER FLOOR

The upper floor is reached via approximately 20 steps from the ground floor.

There are 6 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and sea views. Four bedrooms feature either a French balcony or a terrace, while two offer more spacious private outdoor areas.
