The Rockfish Farmhouse es un destino pintoresco en el valle de Rockfish del condado de Nelson. This was a wonderful property! Great location, comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen to cook. We had five people in our group and the space was perfect! We loved the fire pit and the location in Afton is perfectly situated near the breweries, wineries and hiking. We appreciated the great communication from the host. It was a great stay overall!

We had a great stay at the farmhouse! Being a Short Term rental host myself, cleanliness is my biggest focus. I have to say that this might be the cleanest Home I have ever stayed in. It’s no frills (in the best way!), but has everything you actually need. It’s cozy without being cluttered.We did lots of exploring in the area, but almost did not even have to. The yard and the fire pit kept both the kids and adults entertained. We would absolutely return!

Super cute farmhouse near wineries

This was probably my favorite stay at any VRBO. The house is so cute and is so close to several breweries and wineries. We loved our stay there.

Spring stay

We stayed at this property in the beginning of May! The location is perfect. There are so many wineries and breweries on the same road as this rental. The owners were very easy to communicate with and very friendly! Would definitely stay again

Great farmhouse!

My girlfriends and I stayed in the farmhouse and it was more than amazing. We loved sitting on the back porch with our morning coffee taking in the beautiful Mountain view and the cows! The house is spotless and has everything you need. Very close to nearby wineries!

Beautiful spot, great views, perfect location

This property is awesome! Right away we fell in love with the views from the back deck and the beautiful kitchen. The place was super clean and the hosts were very helpful throughout the duration of the trip. A great location if you are looking for a quick getaway to the mountains or winery trip! We definitely will be going back

Everything we hoped for and more!

We took our 4 sons for a ski trip at Wintergreen Resort, and stayed at Sarah and Bryan’s amazingly modernized Farm House. We had an amazing time, and had everything we needed for accommodations. We’ll be back.

Perfect 3 day weekend in Fabulous Farm House

UVA Grad Trip

We were very impressed with the house! It was very clean, fresh and plenty of room. The views were amazing, we enjoyed the fire pit and communication with Sarah was easy. It was a little far of a drive (30 minutes) from UVA but we took advantage of all the wineries, breweries and hiking in the Afton area that made it worth it! We totally enjoyed our stay!!

Bachelorette Weekend

A group of 8 of us stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Everyone had a comfortable stay, plenty of room for gathering and the backyard was so beautiful! It is prime location to many local wineries and breweries making for easy transportation. Our group was already talking about coming back! Thanks for a great weekend!

Great House, Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful stay. The house is more than it's description. The house is spotless and well stocked with all that you need. The views are incredible and the fire pit is amazing. We enjoyed the fire pit even though the temps were in the low 30's. The house is close to wineries and breweries. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone looking in this area.

Cutest Farmhouse - great owners

I couldn't say enough positive things about our stay. The farmhouse was just adorable. Sarah (the owner) checked on us arriving and during our stay. We had forgotten our supplies for s'mores and it was special treat to have a basket of s'mores supplies. The fire pit was lovely and we truly enjoyed everything about the house. Thank you and we'll be back!

Girlfriends weekend away

Charming, comfortable home that was well appointed and in a wonderful location. Home features, comfortable bedding, toiletries provided, fully stocked kitchen, fire pit and firewood. Beautiful view of the mountains and within a short distance of wineries, breweries and hiking. We were a group of 5 friends having a girls weekend, but all want to come back with our families. Sarah, the host was great communicating with us quickly. Lovely home!
