Welcome to this spacious 3 Bedroom coastal lodge, offering comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests. Ideal for families or groups, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed break by the coast with space to unwind and spend time together. ✅ Guests can choose to purchase Play Pass online, on arrival at reception, which provides access to a wide range of on-site activities for all ages and on-site bike hire available (additional fee)* PLAY PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED

Saturday & Sunday: 09:00–17:00 (Owner Swim 08:00–09:00)
Activities can be booked up to 12 weeks in advance, with swimming bookings available 4 weeks ahead. During school holidays and peak periods, early booking is strongly recommended.

3 nights: Friday–Monday
4 nights: Monday–Friday
7 nights: Saturday–Saturday
Guests staying 1–2 nights may still purchase the minimum 3-night Play Pass.

If you’re driving, simply take the A1 → A198 (Bankton Junction) → B6371 → B1348 and we’re just 1 mile along on the right. If you prefer public transport, the bus stop’s just outside the park (e.g., route 26 to Edinburgh city centre) and Longniddry train station is only a short walk away, ideal if you’re coming without a car.
Whether you drive or take the train/bus, you’ll be relaxing with the kids on the beach or poolside in no time!

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

Any evidence of smoking will result in a £250 charge to cover specialist odour removal, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.
Respect the Space – No Parties
Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the caravan are not permitted.
Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.
Pre-Arrival Requirements
For compliance and a smooth check-in, all guests are required to:
Sign our short-term rental agreement, and
Complete a pre-arrival form prior to arrival.
Towels & Linen Care
We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Please do not take towels to the pool or outside areas.
