Guests have the option to purchase a Haven Play Pass (additional fee), giving access to a variety of on-site facilities and entertainment for all ages, including pools, activities, and live shows.

Seton Sands is a friendly, well-maintained holiday park offering a mix of relaxation and entertainment. The park provides direct beach access, allowing guests to enjoy scenic coastal walks, picnics, and stunning sunrises over the beautiful East Lothian coast.

Getting Around:
With our location at Seton Sands Holiday Park (Links Road, Port Seton, EH32 families will find both car and public transport access super easy. If you’re driving, simply take the A1 → A198 (Bankton Junction) → B6371 → B1348 and we’re just 1 mile along on the right. If you prefer public transport, the bus stop’s just outside the park (e.g., route 26 to Edinburgh city centre) and Longniddry train station is only a short walk away — ideal if you’re coming without a car.
Whether you drive or take the train/bus, you’ll be relaxing with the kids on the beach or poolside in no time!
Other Things to Note:
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. £15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
- Towels: Please avoid taking towels to the pool, as any staining or damage will result in a £35 charge per towel for replacement.
- A travel cot is made available upon request only.
- Also, kindly ensure that the oven is turned off before you check out of the unit

Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call.
