Magnificent welcoming apartment, with vintage furnishings, located on the 4th floor of an elegant building in the heart of the centre, between the Navigli area and Piazza del Duomo. On foot you can explore the entire historic center. The apartment is located a few minutes from the Missori Metro stop and a few steps from the Duomo stop. In addition, there are other surface public transport in the area. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

The Apartment:



The apartment, very bright and quiet, is located on the 4th floor (with lift) of a building that overlooks a magnificent internal courtyard, thus finding a peaceful corner in the chaos of the city.



- We find a large living room connected to the rest of the house with a beautiful and particular corridor with glass flooring, equipped with LEDs, which presents an autumnal composition inside. Here there is a queen size sofa (it becomes a bed for 2 guests if necessary), Smart-TV.

The living area is illuminated by a magnificent balcony overlooking the internal courtyard, where you can enjoy a good coffee or relax after a long day walking around the districts of Milan.



- At the entrance there is a modern fully equipped open kitchen which has induction cooking, fridge, freezer, electric oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, various utensils.



- The bathroom has a spacious 3-seater bathtub, with sink, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and Welcome-Kit.



- The first bedroom features a comfortable vintage-style double bed, with a ceiling featuring exposed beams. There is also a smart TV.



- Located near the entrance, we find a mezzanine area where there is the second sleeping area, which features a comfortable king size double bed.



- The apartment, which features elegant parquet flooring, is air conditioned, with heating and air conditioning, and features free Wi-Fi connection with up to 1GBPS connection, perfect for work video calls, downloading very large files and surfing social, or just to watch a movie.



- Each guest will have towels, high quality bed linens and access to a washing machine for longer stays.

- It can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for families, friends, couples and for business trips.
