Access to the private area where the property is located is directly from the beach via a private, lockable gate that leads to a dirt road. Featuring a large panoramic terrace with a view of Capo Testa, it serves as a practical and functional base (very basic and dated furnishings. Accommodations are not air-conditioned).

Useful Information and Terms & Conditions
- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in and check-out are NOT available on SUNDAYS.
- Access to the property: Through a private, locked gate leading from Rena di Ponente Beach to the dirt road on the private property.
- Car: Required for getting around and accessing town amenities.
- Linens (bed/bath): Not included. You may bring your own from home or rent them on-site for €20 per person per week.
- Pets: Allowed for an additional fee of €50.
- Tourist tax: €2.50 per person per night for up to 14 consecutive days (children 12 and under are exempt).
