VillaMore is pleased to present Villa Vista Albufeira, a newly built and contemporary holiday home set in an elevated position above Albufeira, offering beautiful sea views and a refined sense of privacy. Ideally located, the property is just a short walk from Albufeira harbour, approximately 500 metres away, making it an excellent choice for guests wishing to be close to the marina, restaurants, and coastal walks while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

Designed to accommodate up to eight guests, Villa Vista Albufeira features four well-appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms, arranged across two main levels. The ground floor, which sits at pool level, offers a bright and spacious living area alongside a modern kitchen equipped with a built-in fridge and freezer, a Bora hob with integrated extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all essentials for comfortable self-catering. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the outdoor terrace, where a double barbecue is provided, one for meat and one for fish, ideal for relaxed alfresco dining. Also on this level are two en-suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, both enjoying direct access to the pool terrace, as well as a separate guest toilet.

The first floor hosts the remaining two bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One features a double bed and a generous walk-in wardrobe, while the other offers twin beds, making the layout equally suitable for families or groups of friends. Below the main living areas, the villa also benefits from a very spacious garage, allowing parking for several vehicles.

Outside, the landscaped garden is arranged over different levels, and access to the ground floor is via a staircase, meaning the property is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. The heated swimming pool, available on request and at an additional cost, is sunken into the terrace and measures 12m x 3.5m, with a depth of approximately 1.60 metres. Surrounding the pool are several sun loungers and generous terrace areas, from which guests can enjoy the sea views. An additional terrace next to the kitchen provides an outdoor dining table and chairs close to the barbecue, and there are always shaded areas available throughout the day.

The villa is fully air-conditioned in all bedrooms and is equipped with Wi-Fi internet, a TV with international channels, a washing machine, alarm system, and all modern conveniences required for a comfortable and stylish stay in the Algarve.
