THE SPACE
Casa Carletti is an ideal solution for families with young children, thanks to its strategic location that makes it easy to alternate relaxing moments in the shade of the nearby public park with enjoyable days at the beach.
The apartment is set over two levels with a private entrance and offers comfortable, well-organized spaces. It features two bedrooms (one double bedroom and one twin bedroom), two bathrooms, a living room, a small sitting area with a single bed and a pouf bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, a furnished terrace with table, chairs, and umbrella provides the perfect setting for outdoor lunches and dinners.
A private parking space is not included; however, public parking (both free and paid) is available nearby, in the areas of Spiaggia delle Ghiaie, the sports facilities, and the port/old town area.
