The home features three king size bedrooms and one twin, along with two bathrooms and a private ensuite. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, including the ensuite room, making the layout convenient for a wide range of guests. After a day of exploring, you can unwind in the private hot tub and enjoy the night sky.
The Space:
Meadow View is a spacious and welcoming barn conversion set between the villages of Crundale and Wiston on a peaceful working family farm just three miles from Haverfordwest. Blending rustic character with modern comfort, this pet friendly cottage offers vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and a cosy wood burning stove, creating a calm countryside retreat for up to eight guests.
Step into the bright open plan living space where you can cook family meals in the well equipped kitchen which includes an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, De'longhi Dolce Gusto coffee machines, an Airfryer, a washing machine and dishwasher. Gather around the large dining table for relaxed meals and unwind in the sitting area with the warmth of the stove, a TV, WiFi and selection of books and games for easy entertainment.
The layout is ideal for mixed groups. On the ground floor you will find a king size bedroom with its own ensuite bath-room along with a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. Upstairs the wooden staircase leads to two further king size bedrooms and a family bathroom, the main bedroom on this floor has an open mezzanine area that overlooks the living space below. Bed linen and towels are included for your stay.
Outside, your private hot tub offers a peaceful place to soak under the stars after days exploring Pembrokeshire. A lawned garden and patio with outdoor seating provides space for morning coffee or alfresco dining. Off road parking is available for four cars.

Guests have full access to Meadow View, including the private front patio, garden with lawned area and hot tub. Parking space for 4 cars.
The Neighborhood:
Fenton Home Farm sits in peaceful countryside just outside the small village of Crundale, a short drive from Haverfordwest. Guests can enjoy gentle rural surroundings with open fields, quiet lanes and the feeling of a calm, tucked away setting while still being close to everything they need. Haverfordwest is only a few miles away and offers supermarkets, shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, along with a riverside walk and historic castle ruins.
This location is an excellent base for exploring Pembrokeshire. Within a 15 to 25 minute drive you can reach some of the county’s best beaches including Broad Haven, Little Haven, Newgale and Nolton Haven. The Pembrokeshire Coast Path offers miles of scenic walking, while local attractions such as Picton Castle and Scolton Manor are nearby. St Davids, Britain’s smallest city, is also within easy reach for a day out. It is a relaxed, rural spot that gives guests the best of both worlds, with countryside calm and quick access to the coast and surrounding towns.
Getting Around:
Guests have free parking on site with space for up to 4 cars, making it easy to come and go throughout your stay. There is no EV charger at the property, but chargers can be found in Haverfordwest at several public points including supermarkets and the town centre car parks.
A car is the most convenient way to explore Pembrokeshire, as the cottage is set in a rural location with limited public transport nearby. The nearest bus services run through Haverfordwest, just a short drive away, where you can also connect to trains for access across Wales and beyond. The roads around Crundale and the wider countryside are quiet and scenic, ideal for cycling if you bring bikes with you. Many guests use this spot as a comfortable base to explore beaches, coastal villages and local attractions all within a 15 to 25 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
Two additional cottages sit nearby on the same farm, making this an ideal setting for families or friends who want to stay close while enjoying their own space. Blueberry Cottage offers a super king size bedroom with ensuite and one twin room with a family bathroom. Cowslip Cottage includes a super king ground floor bedroom suite, which can also be made up as a twin, a king bedroom and a further twin bedroom with two further bathrooms. All cottages feature log burners and private hot tubs.
Important to Know
- Up to two well behaved dog's over 12 months are welcome. (2nd pet fees apply).
- Please bring your own towel for hot tub use.
- As this is a working farm you may occasionally hear gentle countryside sounds although the cottage remains peaceful and private.
- Biomass heating with a log burning stove is provided and a starter pack is included.
-The main staircase has a section at the bottom with steeper than usual steps, and upstairs there are sloped ceilings throughout the property, so please take care.
