Forget about your worries! The spacious studio has a full double bed (160*200 cm) and a sofa bed (140*200 cm), a 40‘’ Smart TV (YouTube, Netflix and over 160 satellite channels) and a beautiful Old Town views sun terrace with dining tables for perfect evenings under the stars.
Everything for your convenience! Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and other amenities - cooking your favourite meals will be a real pleasure!
Climate Control! Our apartments are equipped with modern air-conditioning to ensure comfort in any weather - be it warm or cool.
Swim with pleasure! A comfortable complex with 3 swimming pools for children and adults with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, bar and restaurant for your convenience.

What is available to the guest:
Our apartments offer the high-speed Internet - up to 300 Mb, WI-FI is free for our guests.
Tea, coffee and kitchen spices are available for our guests to use in the apartment.
We provide each guest a linen and a set of towels for using in the apartment, on the pool and on the beach.
Showers and toilets are available on the territory of the pools for our guests.
To create complete silence in the rooms, guests can use electric blinds, the control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms.
If you are travelling with infants, our apartment has a baby cot and a high chair, both provided free of charge for our guests. Please notify us in advance.
For the safety of guests, the apartment has a safe-box for documents and valuables.
Guests of our apartment have access to 3 swimming pools for adults (depth up to 3 m) and kids (depth up to 50 cm), from 09.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m. The sun loungers and the beach towels are also free of charge for our guests.
On the territory of the complex, our guests have access to a tennis court and a football field (the cost of renting a tennis court is 5 euros per hour for 1 player).
On the territory of the complex next to the swimming pool there is a bar and restaurant serving local cuisine, which are equipped with an outdoor dining area with sun umbrellas.

Check-in:
For our guests we use self-check-in after 3:00 p.m.
The guests will receive detailed instructions 1 day in advance for check-in via website chat and email.
Check-out is until 11:00 a.m.
If you require any special arrangements due to early or late arrivals, please let us know in advance.

Our team is strictly concerned about health and security of our guests!

Transfer & Transport:
If you need a transfer, you can write to us in advance, and our partners will give you the best price (35 eu from airport Faro).
Faro Airport is situated in 40 km from our location, which shouldn't take more than 30 minutes by car, depending on the traffic.
The nearest bus stop is 300 m away.
The easiest way of getting around in Albufeira is either walking or renting a car.
If you want to rent a car, we can offer you our car rental partners - they can meet you at the Faro airport and provide you with the best options.


The Location
Location:
Jardim complex is situated in one of the most desired locations in Albufeira. Extraordinary ocean views, gardens and beautiful landscapes will be a highlight of your trip.
Our apartment is a 5-10-minute walk from a well-known beach Praia do Peneco, Old Town, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.
The area is famous for its wide variety of seafood restaurants and fish markets.
For sightseeing lovers there is the Sacre de Albufeira Museum, Santana Church and the Municipal Museum of Archeology.
For those who prefer to go shopping, there is a shopping street and the mall which are reachable by car (2.5 km).
There are plenty of other things to do for active tourists, such as: Kayak and SUP Caves Tours are about 4 kilometers away; Pine Cliffs Golf Course and Dom Pedro Millennium Golf Course Vilamoura, considered as one of the finest golf clubs in Portugal; and kids' favorite Zoomarine Algarve Waterpark, all three places are about 15-20 minutes away by car.
For those who prefer yachting, sailing, boating and so on there are a lot of opportunities in the Marina area about 2 km away.
