Also on the ground floor, ideal for the less mobile, is a spacious ground floor bedroom with a super king zip and link bed and plenty of storage. For convenience there’s a ground floor shower room with shower cubicle, toilet and sink. On the first floor are a further four bedrooms, one a double, two kingsize and a further super kingsize with zip and link bed for versatility. There are an additional two luxury family bathrooms on this floor, one contemporary in style while the other is traditional featuring original oak beams and roll-top bath and shower. To the front of the property is a large herbaceous country garden together with a patio and barbecue area. There is also a large lawn area. A courtyard area at the back of the house is stocked with herbs to complement your cooking. To the side of the farmhouse is a raised rockery which can be seen from the kitchen, dining area and the sun room.
