"Casa Covina" es un gran dúplex / casa de 850 pies cuadrados con 1 habitación y 1 baño, ubicado en el corazón de Belmont Shore. Casa Covina "está a solo una cuadra de la playa con amplias vistas del Océano Pacífico y a una cuadra de los famosos restaurantes, tiendas y vida nocturna de 2nd Street. Cuando entras en la propiedad, te recibe un patio que está totalmente equipado con una barbacoa y muebles cómodos para relajarte y disfrutar de la brisa del mar mientras lees un libro o un periódico. Cute beach house in an excellent location. Walking distance to 2nd street and the beach. Owner and his family are very nice The place is exactly as described Stayed here for 8 nights, would book again. Parking was no trouble. Overall lovely stay!

Location, location, location

Awesome home away from home for my husband and I, and our dog Ricky. Less than 3 blocks to the beach and less than 3 blocks to 2nd (street with many restaurants and shops). Perfect location for a walkable vacation. I highly recommend.

Best of both worlds!

This property was perfect for our stay in the Long beach area. the location was perfect for a 2 block walk to restaurants and night life and a 2 block walk to the beach. The owner was very easy to work with and the rental was very clean and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this rental for your travels to the L,A, area.

Comfortable and Charming

The charm of the home and its perfect location made this the ideal place for our family to spend a busy week. We were at first skeptical about how the street parking would work out but it was never a problem. Would definitely recommend.

The house is in an amazing area, with lots of shops you can easily walk to and in a beautiful neighborhood. Remy was an awesome host who was very accommodating and respectful of our privacy. Will definitely be back! :)

Place needs to be upgraded and fixed up a bit

The location is great and the street parking is easy. The owners are terrific. For us, the place needs to be “de-funky-ized.” The bathroom needs to be updated, the bed in the bedroom is in the wrong place requiring someone to crawl over the other person to get to his or her spot on the bed, the furniture is all mis-matched and in need of replacement or fixing.

Fun time at the beach

A wonderful little house just a block and a half from Long Beach along Ocean Blvd. Pretty little courtyard with comfy furniture and umbrellas. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. Easy parking. Old house, wood trim, built-ins, nice tv and comfy couches. We’ll outfitted kitchen. Just perfect. Nice king bed, though I did get a bruise from the foot of the bed frame—watch out! The host was great!

Perfect Location

My husband and I spent 9 wonderful nights at Casa Covina. I grew up close to this area before moving to the East coast, but the area has been upgraded with an updated restaurant and shopping scene. The beach is a few blocks one way and everything else you need is on Second St in the opposite direction. We walked everywhere!! Check in/out was simple, the house was clean and very cozy and quiet. Mike is very helpful and responded to the one minor request we had. We will definitely rent again. Loved everything about our stay!

GREAT! Plan to return

Hard to find a place that would have been better! The location was amazing, blocks from the beach, blocks from the restaurants on 2nd st, and blocks from the bay. Plenty of room, storage. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. And the communication was above and beyond. And thanks for bringing in the nice cool weather. Over the last several years during our travels to the area there was record heat, not what we want or expect coming from the heat of Arizona :-)

Super cute accommodation

We REALLY enjoyed our stay.The house was comfortably decorated. It fit our needs perfectly. Walked to the beach everyday. The size was perfect for the 3 of us (wife,dog,&I) Restaurants easily in walking distance. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but I've experienced worst on vacation. The host quickly responded to all our inquiries. They even provided a doggy bowl which was super cute, & handy. The full size fridge made accommodating our food to make our own meals easy. And the provided cookware & utensils were of good quality & worked well. We hope to stay here again in the future. Two suggestions for the rental though: I'd suggest swapping out the shower head for a hand held version & mabye provide a inexpensive dirt devil or dust buster so we could vacuum up the beach sand throughout our stay. It'd be easier than the broom. All things considered we are very happy with our vacation thanks to the great accommodations provided by Remy.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The property is located one block from 2nd Street and one block from Ocean Blvd so it is a quiet location relative to other Belmont Shore rentals. The wind Patterns on this area is what makes Casa Covina special. It is a large one-bedroom with dining room, front patio and side patio for a potential small dog. This house was remodeled but continued to have the essense of vintage long Beach Bungalow style. The cottage Motto is "Simplicity is the way to Serenity" Casa Covina is great getaway for couples/single/ or family vacation. We also welcome Long term stay who wants to work and vaca- funs. You will be enjoying the ocean breezy walk that is a block away to the beach and 2nd street {Belmont Shore} which means you have quick access to food, shopping and the sand, but you are far enough where you have relative peace and quiet! A breezy ocean walk/sunbathed is a part of your daily routine. Rejuvenate at Casa Covina.

Casa Covina is a 5 minute walk to the bay where you can kayak and do water sports for all ages and a 4 minute walk to the expansive Pacific Ocean for wind surfing, Jet skis, boating. There is also a bicycle /running Path by the beach and close enough drive to all Southern California Living/ Entertainment.
