Este Completamente amueblado 1500 sq. Ft. Apartamento con un dormitorio principal con jacuzzi bañera y ducha independiente, cocina totalmente equipada, separada Comedor, televisión de pantalla grande con el libre acceso por cable, acceso inalámbrico, un gas operados Chimenea, lavadora y secadora con baño. Uso exclusivo de un 1,000 Sq. Fort cubierta con chimenea y una vista panorámica de la playa y el puerto. Ubicado a pasos de la playa y seis cuadras de la bahía. En la bahía son kayak alquiler de tablas de paddle y canchas de baloncesto y balonmano. A tres cuadras de distancia se encuentra la famosa segunda calle de Belmont Shore con barras múltiples restaurantes (uno afirma ser el bar de deportes original) y tiendas.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. We made great memories, the layout and rooftop area made it easy for us to all hang out in one spot and enjoy the view of the beach, talk and relax. The host were wonderful and super responsive. Loved it!

Absolutely the best!

House is clean, well-equipped, 1 block from the beach.Owners Ron and Kathy live next-door and are wonderful hosts and communicators.Any pre-stay questions or concerns were quickly and fully answered. The stay could not have been any better.

Amazing stay during Fleet Week 2025

Superb location and beautiful living space. We were in town for 5 days to see my son, whose ship was in port for Fleet Week. Ron and Kathy were wonderful hosts, and their property provided the perfect venue for my son and shipmates to relax and explore Long Beach. The size of the property made it easy to host family members in Cali who wanted to connect. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was perfect for large family meals, and the outdoor space was the cherry on top. We all had a great time and highly recommend this property.

Quiet enclave near the beach

Beautiful apartment near the beach. My wife and I stayed with my daughter, her husband and our 2 grandchildren. There was plenty of room and the hosts are wonderful. Close to Seal Beach- just a few miles away and less than 30 minutes from Disneyland.

Wonderful location, beautiful home!

We were in town for a baby shower. The home was absolutely beautiful. Ron and Kathy are super hosts. Highly recommend this location. We will stay here again, next time we're in town.

Lovely stay at an incredible property

Wow the way they built this expansion on to the main house is incredible. Really great property with an insane rooftop patio and fireplace with view of the beach. Also the beach is literally right across the street. Nice and quiet, the owners do stay on the property on the bottom floor so something to keep in mind. The only time we saw them was at check in and occasionally walking their dog. Overall wonderful stay, I will definitely look to stay here again next time I'm in town.

Long Beach oasis

My husband, children, and I had the best time in this beautiful home. Across the street from the beach, close to Second Street and downtown - this home is perfect for exploring LB.Everything is well appointed and comfortable. We can’t wait to recommend it to our friends and family.

The Aunt Invasion

My 3 sisters and I traveled to LB to visit my daughter. It was their first and possibly only visit to California. We were so lucky to have found this beautiful property, with so many amenities that made our week easy and comfortable. From the fully equipped kitchen to the roof top patio fireplace it was just what we needed. The host Ron and his wife were so gracious and welcoming.If we ever have the opportunity we would hope to stay here again.

Lovely stay!

This home is so well suited for a family. The rooftop space is very special and we enjoyed it! Long Beach is not too crowded, though the streets are always packed with parked cars. We were thankful Ron and Kathy had a space in the alley way for us to park! The streets were quiet and peaceful. Very close to Catalina Expressway and 30 minute drive to Disneyland. Would 10/10 recommend!

Walter's Place

The pix do not do the place justice. It is bigger than it looks. It was very clean and comfortable. Call dibs on the master suite. The host Ron was very kind and responsive. His dog Walter was amazing. I rent these places for work. With (3) people, it is more cost effective than (3) hotel rooms and you have so much more space. You can cook, watch TV in the living room and not your bed and everything you want to eat was 2 blocks away. One of my friends walked there. I cooked every day. Huge kitchen. There were enough pots and pans. The water was hot. There was enough paper towels and TP. 3 week ago I did this in Tampa and we had (1) roll of paper towels, we purchased more at the store, (1) dish washing tablet for the dish washer, we purchased more, and we almost had to but more TP. This place was great!

Perfect place to stay

We stayed at Rons place for six nights. He and his wife couldn't have been more accommodating to our needs. At the same time you didn't even know they were there. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. The beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep. The rooftop had a fireplace with ocean and mountain views. Details of this home brought warmth and calm inside and out. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. There was a grocery store nearby and rows of restaurants and shopping just a few blocks away. The house was steps away from the beach. There were bikes and scooters to get around if you didn't want to drive. Private parking spot was next to the door and easy to get in and out. I highly recommend this place and will stay again when I am back in LA.

Highly Recommended

We couldn’t have asked for a better rental in Long Beach. It is ideally located just a block from the beach and everything along 2nd in Belmont Shores. We walked along the beach, to coffee shops, and a wonderful bakery. The rental is spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal, it felt like home. The rooftop fireplace was a definite highlight. Our family enjoyed the ambiance and ocean view. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Nothing short of amazing!

Words can't express what a find this apartment is. Charming decor, clean, the upper deck patio is a great escape, and the kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prep any meal. It was perfect for our multi-gen family stay which included our daughter's brood of littles. Most everything is either a short walk/drive away which allowed us to keep our 5-day stay packed with activities plus return "home" for down time. The Sylvia's along with Walter & Eleanor were gracious hosts, answered all our questions, and greeted us on arrival to provide a quick home tour. We made some wonderful memories. Cannot wait to return!

Comfortable and Private Place to Stay

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights while in town for a conference. We like to stay in places outside of the downtown hustle & bustle areas to get a good night's sleep and relaxing downtime in between conference days and meetings. This location was perfect for us. Great location by the beach and a short 5-10 minute drive into downtown Long Beach. The 3-bedroom apt was more space than we needed for just the two of us, but having an apartment to come back to after our long work days was exactly what we needed. It felt like coming home to a cozy place. We had wine on the rooftop in the evenings to watch the sun go down over the ocean and listen to the waves crashing onto the shore. We could walk a few blocks to 2nd street for dinner where there are several great places to eat. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could make breakfast in the mornings before heading out for the day. Ron was a wonderful host. He met us upon our arrival to greet us and show us around. He was nearby throughout our stay in case we needed anything, but we never did. We would definitely choose to stay here again next time we are in Long Beach.

Above Expectations

We were in town for a concert and this rental far exceeded our expectations. Ron was there to greet us upon our arrival. He gave us a very thorough walkthrough. Our stay was perfect. Beds were very comfortable. The rooftop deck was spacious and had an amazing view. We will definitely seek this out for a weekend getaway again.

Roof top oasis

Ron’s place was very cool. It was very clean when we arrived, and I loved the kitchen and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Let’s not forget our favorite part the rooftop balcony and outdoor gas fireplace. We walked to the beach everyday as the place is very close to the sand. The only thing that was not my favorite was the constant dumpster divers outside our windows looking for recycling. It was very noisy a few times and woke me up. Everything else was good.

The property was very nice and close to the beach. The area was quiet. I was able to have other family come and visit us while we were there. The property manager was very responsive to problems we alerted him to.

Great Family Stay

Stayed here with our kids, sister and mother. When we walked in, it immediately felt like home and relaxing. My husband is an early riser and enjoyed coffee up on the roof. Bed, kitchen, everything, was well taken care of and very well stocked. We went to disneyland and universal. Disney was an easy 25 minute drive, no traffic Universal was longer. Took a little over an hour with traffic, a potty stop and a wrong turn. But really not that bad for LA. Beach was good and close, thought not big waves. Around the corner("south" a few blocks) there is what seemed like a city park beach with rentals(kayaks and paddle boards, and a floating play area thing). Also a good place with burgers and beers right on the sand. A good place with kids. Everyone was sad to leave and would like to stay here again.
