Spread across three floors, the cottage has been meticulously renovated to offer a warm, hotel-quality experience without sacrificing its authentic character.
The ground floor opens into a light-filled open-plan living and kitchen space - a genuinely welcoming room designed for relaxing. Sink into the deep mustard velvet sofa, curl up in the armchair beside the stone fireplace, or gather around the dining table for four. The focal point of the room is a stunning limestone fireplace with a wood-burning stove - perfect for cosy evenings in. The kitchen features sage-green shaker cabinetry, brass fittings, open oak shelving, and everything you need for a proper home-cooked meal.
The generous first-floor primary bedroom (4.35 x 5.79 m) is a true sanctuary. A handsome oak-framed bed is dressed in crisp white linen and soft blush throws, flanked by antique French bedside tables and warm brass wall lights. An ornate gold-framed mirror hangs above the headboard, original beams run overhead, and plush robes hang by the door - a detail that sets the tone. The bedroom has its own en suite bathroom beneath original timber beams, stone-effect metro tiles with Ortigia Sicilia amenities laid out for you.
Up on the second floor, the twin bedroom is a charming, light-filled room tucked under the eaves. Twin beds with floral quilts and striped cushions sit either side of a warm mahogany chest of drawers, topped with brass library lamps and a vintage framed print.
Outside, we have a gorgeous patio perfectly setup with table, chairs and a parasol for morning coffees or something stronger in the evenings!
There is also the added bonus of two parking spaces here, ensuring our guests can park safely and securely.
We have on site electric vehicle chargers enabling you to charge your car seamlessly while staying with us. This is with voltshare so all you need to do is download their app and pay to charge when you need to. Please note there’s an additional charge to use the EV chargers.
We have a foldable cot here but please note we don`t provide cot linen so you will need to bring your own if you plan to use the cot.

You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay.
