Broadwath Old House near Corby Hill, Cumbria, sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.
Broadwath Old House consists of a kitchen with range electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, a dining room with table that converts to a pool table, and a sitting room with woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms comprise three doubles, serviced by a bathroom with bath, handheld shower, basin and WC, plus a ground‑floor shower room with walk‑in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio and hot tub, along with off‑road parking for two cars. One well‑behaved pet welcome, but sorry, no smoking. A shop is 1.6 miles away and a pub 1.8 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are all included, and a travel cot and highchair are available on request.
