Darsena View spans approximately 127 sqm over two levels, offering spacious and well-organised interiors. The main floor features a living area with dining table and direct views over the marina, a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, and a guest bathroom. The upper attic level hosts three double en-suite bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. From one of the bedrooms, you can access a small terrace with sun loungers, connected via an external staircase to the panoramic solarium (without protective railings), a private space ideal for relaxing moments.

The true highlight of the property is the panoramic solarium, a private area offering a stunning sea view over Costa Smeralda. From here, you can enjoy an open view over Porto Rotondo’s marina and the surrounding gulf, creating the perfect setting to unwind, sunbathe or admire the colours of the sunset in complete tranquillity.

The properties listed are rented as short-term tourist rentals by their respective owners through Klodge, in accordance with Italian Law 431/98 and Art. 21-bis L.R. 16/17 Autonomous Region of Sardinia.

Upon arrival, a security deposit will be required and blocked on the guest’s credit card (card must be physically present). The amount will be automatically released after departure; timing may vary depending on the bank. In case of damage or violation of house rules, a proportional amount may be retained.

Essential services such as final cleaning and the initial linen set are provided by specialised external companies; the related costs are borne by the Guest.

After booking, guests are required to complete an online check-in through our dedicated portal, uploading ID documents and selfies for all guests. Data will be processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. Signing a tourist rental agreement is mandatory. The contract will be in Italian, but a courtesy English copy will be provided.

Keys must be collected and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, just a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

A door-to-door waste sorting system is in place: guests are required to follow the local schedule, purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
