Welcome to a spacious five-bedroom family retreat nestled in the peaceful village of Corfe Mullen, just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Sandbanks and the Dorset coast.

Perfect for large families or two families holidaying together, this light-filled chalet bungalow offers generous living space, a large private garden backing onto woodland, and plenty of room to relax, play, and create lasting memories together.

The space
*Sleeping Arrangements*

The house comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across five bedrooms:

• Master bedroom with en-suite shower room
• Family bedroom with double and single bed
• Double guest bedroom
• Triple bunk bedroom ideal for children or teens
• Small bedroom / nursery
• Play Room / Guest Room with fold out bed


There are also three bathrooms, including a modern family bathroom and an additional shower room upstairs.

*The Space*

Step inside the impressive entrance hall featuring a striking staircase with glass balustrade. The heart of the home is a large open-plan living and dining area, designed for spending time together after a day exploring the coast.

The living space overlooks the secluded rear garden, with patio doors opening onto the outdoor area – ideal for summer evenings, outdoor dining, or watching the kids play in the garden.

There is also a separate games/play room, providing entertainment for both children and adults, making the house perfect for family holidays and group getaways.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay, including the house, private garden, games room and driveway parking.

The home is accessed via self check-in, allowing you to arrive at your convenience after check-in time. Full arrival instructions will be sent to you before your stay.

Check-in: From 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM

These times allow us to thoroughly clean and prepare the house to a high standard for every guest.

The property includes private driveway parking for several vehicles, making it easy for larger groups travelling together.

Guests can enjoy the large secluded rear garden backing onto woodland, providing a peaceful space to relax, dine outdoors or spend time with family and friends.

Coastal Memories is designed as a relaxing family retreat. To help keep the home enjoyable for all guests and neighbours, we ask that you respect the following:

• No parties , stag or hen do’s or events are permitted at the property.
• Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am.
• The home is suitable for families and responsible groups only.
• Maximum occupancy is 12 guests unless agreed in advance. (Includes 2 on pull out sofa )
• Please respect our neighbour and the peaceful surroundings.

The house is located in a quiet village setting with woodland behind the garden, which makes it wonderfully peaceful but also means guests should be mindful of noise outdoors in the evenings.
