I have rented in many countries throughout the globe, and have received perfect renter ratings; and this is my first negative rental rating.The only positive about this property is the location. Quick list of problems:1. This advertises as a two-bedroom (sleeps 3). It is a TINY one-bedroom with a VERY uncomfortable fold-out futon. AND, upon arrival the futon did not have bedding. Upon requesting bedding, we were charged an additional 25 Euro. We would have chosen a different location if this had described accurately.2. There are three keyed entrances to the property. The second one did not work throughout our entire stay. When we contacted the management, they told us we were not using the key properly, despite attempting for roughly five minutes every entry.3. Only one of the outlets worked in the property. We could not use the restroom outlet (hair dryer) or the kitchen outlet (espresso machine).4. Shower doors did not close.5. We reserved for two nights, but received a message on our first morning that we needed to check out by 10:00am. Not only was this not the advertised check out time (11:00am), but one day early, causing distress and additional communication needed.6. Our stay was Friday - Sunday. Upon arrival on Friday until 6p, and Saturday 8a - 2p there was VERY loud hammering, drilling, and construction coming through very thin walls in both the neighboring units.Again, I do not complain unless it is warranted. We were gravely.disappointed.
