The apartment has been renovated and furnished with all the amenities: it has one bedroom and a kitchen-living room complete with a sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hair dryer.

The apartment is very comfortable and convenient for up to 4 guests. The double bed and comfortable sofa bed, along with kitchenware and amenities for four guests, will make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The bedroom area has a pleasant atmosphere, while the living area (equipped with a comfortable kitchenette featuring a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, an electric kettle with a selection of teas, a microwave, a refrigerator, and everything you need for cooking) is cozy and bright. For a break or a chat, there are two balconies, each equipped with a small table and chairs to enjoy a glimpse of the city’s historic harbor, La Cala, and Piazza Garraffello. An ideal spot to sip a coffee or plan your day.

In addition, the apartment features stable fiber-optic Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work, and you can also connect the smart TV to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Spotify accounts.

Home Suite Home Apartment offers direct access to the building via a locker and is easily accessible from major bus, metro, and train stops. Furthermore, if you’re arriving by car, since the property is located in a ZTL (restricted traffic zone), it’s very close to the boundary of the accessible area and the free parking zone. There are also paid, secure parking lots within the ZTL perimeter. Please ask for details when booking!
Unless already provided at the time of booking, you will be asked to present identification at check-in for reporting purposes to the relevant authorities.

The city tax is €4 per night per person (for a maximum of 4 nights) and is included in the total payment at the time of your reservation.
