Was a short visit. Needed a place to stay while I helped my daughter move into college. I was only there to sleep. The gym was very nice.

The room I was assigned did not come close to match the photos posted on the VRB ...

The room I was assigned did not come close to match the photos posted on the VRBO site. The floors were dirty, the bed was lumpy and looked to be 15 years old. There was no top sheet and only a thin wool blanket. One of the windows was cracked and neither window securely locked. This was a ground floor apartment. The curtain rod and fixtures are rusty. There are multiple cigarette burns on the bathroom counter. The floor in the bathroom and significant water damage such that the floor is lifting. There were no amenities in the bathroom as well. Also, the hallways had a bad odor. Given the condition of the room, I decided not to stay and found another hotel to stay at. The one good thing was the receptionist. She was kind and polite.

It was very horrible I felt like I was at a halfway house. That’s how I can sum up the entire experience. My key card did not work my entire stay although I complained about the shower drain no one came and looked at it . I was only in Jacksonville because a close friend is sick and I had to go see her and didn’t have time to complain. Was not even able to check out effectively because I had a train to catch and no one was at desk or answer the phone to the number we are told to call when front desk is not open where I think it should always be open. I will like my money plus security back for place because it should be free. I am very annoyed because the pictures didn’t match up at all . First said it was a one bedroom which it was a studio. I want my money back!!!
