Room Was Not As Clean Had Dead Bugs And A Nasty Smell. Couldnt Get A Working Key For The Room My Entire Stay. Tub Was Peeling. The Property Has A Bad Smell In The Hallways And Just Looks Nasty As Well. Like No Up Keep What So Ever. A lot Of Traffic Going On Going Illegal And Suspicious Activity. Very Upsetting Because I’m Pregnant And Had My Kids Here And It Just Was A Terrible Experience

The place was not what it was supposed to be. There was no room to check-in. When we arrived, the place that they did have was very dirty. Not suitable even for an animal. And then are now refusing to give a refund?So I paid for nothing

There was one person working the entire hotel when we arrived around 5:00 pm and ...

There was one person working the entire hotel when we arrived around 5:00 pm and she was so busy taking care of problems that I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show to check in. Then I received a key that would not open my door. Went down and waited another 15 minutes to get another key that did not work. Went down again and waited another 15 minutes. This time the receptionist went with me with a gadget to change the door code, but she could not get it to work. Never did receive a key that worked. Once we got into the room, there were no towels, no toilet paper, no sheets on either bed. There was hair on the toilet stool and scum in the bathtub. The blanket had dried blood stains. There was no remote for the TV and when I waited again to get a remote, the TV would not work. The elevator was filty.

Ich bin begeistert vom Personal an diesem Standort! Kim, Megan und Casey sind so nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist toll, und das kostenlose Frühstück ist eine willkommene Ergänzung, die die meisten Hotels für Langzeitaufenthalte nicht anbieten. Es gibt Snacks zum Mitnehmen, Muffins, abgepackte Haferflocken und Grütze, Müsliriegel usw. Ich finde es auch super, dass es Geschirrspüler in den Zimmern gibt!

Ich bin seit vier Tagen im Extended Hotel und sie haben sich hervorragend darum gekümmert, dass ich alles habe, was ich für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauche. Megan an der Rezeption hat mich sehr gut bedient und war sehr höflich. Die Zimmer waren außerdem super sauber!

Carey, die die Rezeption leitet, leistet insgesamt hervorragende Arbeit. Sie ist freundlich, geduldig, geht weit über ihre Pflichten hinaus und verfügt über große Erfahrung in dieser Branche. Sie hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich und meine Yorkshire-Terrier-Hündin Bella uns wie zu Hause fühlen und uns in den letzten Monaten stets unterstützt, sodass wir uns hier wunderbar aufgehoben fühlen. Ich kann das Extended Stay America hier in Jacksonville wärmstens empfehlen.
