This residential-tourist area is located on the ridge of the Terra Mala hill, in the municipality of Quartu Sant'Elena.

The villa is organised on two floors. The ground floor comprises a living room with spectacular sea views and access to a covered veranda, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a utility room with a washing machine, and a separate cloakroom. The sleeping area, which is directly connected to the main floor, can be accessed via an elegant wooden staircase. The two double bedrooms, both with a sea view and direct access to the swimming pool, each have a large en-suite bathroom with shower.

The garden surrounding the swimming pool, which is exclusively available to the tenants of the house, ensures the privacy typically sought during a holiday. The swimming pool area is also equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs.
All areas of Villa Corinium have been meticulously designed to ensure the utmost comfort of guests.


The property's highly strategic position allows guests to easily access the most famous south-eastern beaches in a matter of minutes. Elmas Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car, and the city centre is just under 20 minutes away by car.

Villa Corinium is equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, an alarm system, large private parking, internet connection and a smart large tv. Guests can also request a private chef and a professional property manager is available 24/7 to ensure a comfortable stay. For your safety, we provide a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and smoke/gas detectors.
Cots, high chairs and baby baths are available upon request at no additional cost.

Changeover day is flexible from March to half May and from half September until the end of November. June, July and August are strictly on Saturdays (please ask the owner for different arrangements).
