This was perfect for a family vacation! Plenty of space for us to spread out and for little children to explore. Having the pool was great for days when avoiding the crowded beaches. It was easy to get to and from the beach, restaurants, and stores from the house. There are plenty of bike paths to walk or ride on right by the house. We definitely enjoyed our stay

Great location and house for a family vacation

This is a great property for a family with grandchildren. Access to beach easily accessible and pool was great for all members of the family to relax. Great location for access to Sea Pines and the rest of Hilton Head.

Five star family vacation

We loved our stay here this year. We have been coming to Sea Pines for the last 5 years and decided to stay here this year. The location is great, the pool was perfect, and there was plenty of room for our family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful, large and comfortable home with everything you need. Great location, quiet street, can walk or bike just out the door! Pool and backyard are shaded with beautiful views of the golf course. Two of the bathrooms need some remodeling, but this is no big deal, they are functional and enough for what you need on vacation.

Summer Get Away

The house was advertised on the listing. It was a nice view on the golf course and short ride to the beach. Cleaning of the house was a little behind schedule so we did not get in the house until 7pm. Otherwise everything with the house was great once we got in.

This place is humongous!

I read the reviews beforehand and knew the pictures wouldn’t do it justice. But YA’LL…… this house is massive. We could have fit three entires families with friends in it. It’s older and not luxurious, but the space is enough to look past its age. There were rooms we didn’t even use. The view was spectacular, and offered enough privacy to feel comfortable. If space is your main concern, this is your house. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is larger than appears and provides many areas to relax after a busy day out either playing golf, being on the beach or sightseeing. Property is well equipped and maintained. It is ideal for couples sharing or families. Management company were very helpful prior to our stay and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this unit having read the past reviews about lack of cleanliness after talking to management company (Sea TurtleGetaways) and their reassurance that any housekeeping issues would be addressed. The housekeepers did a GREAT job. It was clean, we had no issues there. However, the owners must address the filthy dirty windows, mold on the front porch and mold on walls outside and general musty smell inside. You cannot expect to continue renting your home without spending some money on upkeep.

Our party of five guests were easily accommodated in separate areas of the home, which was well appointed and clean. Location is excellent and the real bonus is the screened porch next to the pool. We had a wonderful vacation in Hilton Head and would love to return to this home.

We enjoyed our visit-very nice home and beautiful setting-I do strongly suggest that someone clean the comforter it smelled like dirty clothes-gave the nice bedroom a unpleasant smell-the house is very pretty-!

Fantastic location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is perfectly situated between the beach club and Harbourtown, both of which were easy 8 minute bike rides. The home itself could use some maintenance (we had a few plumbing issues that required a plumber), but is well appointed with kitchen/dining items and comfy furniture. The mattresses were a little older, and a “nice to have” would be a couple extra pillows on the bed. The pool is small but the right size to play and splash a bit if you don’t have a large crowd (it was just 3 of us, so it worked well). We enjoyed seeing the golfers tee off while we enjoyed the deck! It would be great if there was an outdoor or covered space to lock up bikes and sandy beach equipment - the garage is locked (we assume the owner keeps personal items there) but it meant that we had to keep bringing our beach things into the house, and we could only lock up bikes on the front porch. While this home worked for us, I think others would find it lacking in updates, comfort, pool size, and ability to access the garage.
