Venga a disfrutar de esta casa que es un paseo rápido o en bicicleta a la playa! Esta casa está situada en un callejón sin salida tranquilo que puede sentarse en el porche delantero y ver a sus hijos montar sus bicicletas alrededor del roble pintoresco en el centro del callejón sin salida.
Esta casa fue pintada recientemente dentro y fuera de diciembre de 2018. Todas las nuevas persianas se han instalado en toda la casa. Además todas las 3 habitaciones tienen alfombra nueva y la sala de estar y comedor tienen pisos laminados de madera nueva. Además, todos los muebles nuevos de Lazy Boy, Rooms To Go y Ballard Designs han sido comprados para esta casa nueva en el mercado. En la sala de estar hay una televisión de pantalla plana de 50 pulgadas y cada habitación contiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 pulgadas con Roku. Esta casa fue alquilada por primera vez a finales de julio de 2015.

Esta casa tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente! Contiene 1 cama king (master), 1 cama queen (2do dormitorio), 2 camas matrimoniales (tercer dormitorio), la propiedad le permite traer a los amigos de sus hijos, los suegros y alquilar con una segunda familia.

Wonderful stay in HHI. Host was wonderful, house was fully stocked and clean! Location to the beach was perfect and the pool was a bonus! Thank you for a great trip. We will be back!

Absolutely Perfect

I've rented numerous homes that have been advertised as "having everything you need", but this was truly the first house that 100% delivered on that promise. Bikes--there and in great shape. Towels for the beach & pool--plenty and in great shape. Linens, bath towles, kitchen gear, pool floats, games, puzzles--truly everything. It was so nice.The house was also the cleanest house I've ever checked into. It was readily apparent that the owner takes tremendous pride in ensuring the home is kept in great shape.The location was great, about a 15 minute walk to the beach via a shaded trail. Biking there cut the time in half. Sea Pines is such a beautiful community that we'll come back again to this home for our next Hilton Head trip.

Perfect place to stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the house! Our teenage boys loved their rooms with the big beds and TV. We really enjoyed the relaxing pool, biking to different neighborhoods and the property itself was so clean. The host was so helpful and very easy to reach if we had a question. We were happily surprised to see so many deer throughout the resort. Would definitely stay here again!

Incredible!

From the booking at the beginning, to the lead up to the trip, to the trip itself, Ian and Bonnie made the trip amazingly easy and accommodating! There were beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc already at the home and they were there the morning of check in to blow up pool floats! - who does that?!?! As soon as you walk in, you can feel/see how well cared for the home is. Nothing is out of place and there is nothing that is missing from the home. The little attention to details are impeccable. Our kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and pool toys and were just as excited about the step stool in the hall bathroom to help them brush their teeth more….more proof that the small attention to detail is everywhere you look. We are already looking to plan our next stay.

Our family of 4 had a great stay at Bonnie & Ian’s place! They were very accommodating and accessible throughout our vacation. The home was super clean and well stocked. Great location for beach access and many other family friendly activities. We would definitely visit here again!

Beautiful/Comfortable home

The heated pool was absolutely wonderful! We loved the proximity to Harbor Town, beaches and shopping! We often rode bikes to the beach to catch sunset as it is close to several beaches! Very comfortable home---we would definitely stay again! Owners were extremely nice, responsive and helpful!

The house was everything that was described. We were in between South Beach and Harbor Town. Enjoyed biking, beach, fishing and especially the heated pool at the end of the day. The hosts were very helpful and took care of anything we needed at the house!!! The house was well stocked with anything you would need. Great time will definitely stay again!!!

Perfect for our family

We had a very fun, relaxing week at your beautiful home. The house is a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. It is a 15 minute walk. We enjoyed the natural light throughout the house and, of course, the pool. We were there in early June so we had the pool heated. Because of this, we were able to use the pool late into the night. The bedrooms were nice sized and the deck was great to have breakfast and after dinner coffee. The kitchen has everything you need. A crockpot, many skillets and pots, a griddle for burgers. Both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig and lots of coffee mugs. There are also towels for the beach and linens so no need to pack your own. Beach chairs in the garage were a plus! Very easy to carry to the beach. For dinner, we recommend the Skull Creek Dockside. Our meals were delicious. The service was great. The view was beautiful. We were indoors, but they also had outdoor seating. We also had a fun dinner at the Salty Dog and the live music was a plus.

Just Book It!

Had the pleasure of staying here in May 2024. Everything was wonderful. A private pool can’t be beat especially with rambunctious littles. Bonnie was great to communicate with and was always there when we needed something. For instance, we noticed that our children were too short for the bathroom sinks so we asked if there was a stepstool at the property. She advised that there wasn’t an immediately ordered one to have arrive at the property a couple days later. In the interim, she contacted a neighbor and he brought one over for us to use. Plenty of beach and pool towels, so do not bring any. Bikes were in good shape but note, no bikes for children. Not a problem as we just rented some. House was clean and plenty of space for a family of 5 and a grandmother. Beach was close but I would not recommend walking to it with all of your beach gear with small children. For reference, our children were 3, 4, and 6. We biked to the beach instead. The location is great! On a private street with friendly neighbors. Great bike baths nearby so only a short distance on the roads before you reach one. We really loved staying at this property and cannot wait to return some day.

Great home located in Sea Pines!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is well stocked and had everything we needed and more. The pool is large and lovely. The layout is great. The bikes were a great added bonus, our only complaint is I’m not sure how often they are serviced and we had some issues with them that we reported to the company, but were not resolved during our visit. We traveled with a 1 and 3 year old, which overall the house was pretty good for, but there were a few furniture pieces that were light that they could easily flip and long lamp cords running to outlets we had to really watch them around. Overall the cleanliness of the house was good. The deck was not in good condition or very welcoming, but I read the owners plan to update this in the fall. Owners were responsive and kind. Location is very close to the beach and trails. We would recommend this home.

This beautiful home was comfortable and clean. We spent most of our time in the pool which offers just the right amount of shade and sun. We reached out to Bonnie a couple of times with questions at the start of the week and she was responsive and helpful - she’s a great host. We will very likely be staying here again!

On a recent trip to Hilton Head, our family fell in love with the island. We have four kids, ranging from 5 to 17. We purchased this property to enjoy the family oriented beach community in Sea Pines that allows your children (to put away the electronic devices) and to explore the endless bike paths underneath the shaded canopy of sprawling oaks while also enjoying the pristine beaches of Hilton Head South Carolina. Activities for all ages exist within the Sea Pines Community.

This home is new to the rental market since 2015. This is a fantastic home which is a just short walk or quick bike ride to the beach (3 minutes by bike or 6 minutes by foot). This home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood street ends at a long driveway to this house and the area behind the house is “green space,” which makes it completely private as you enjoy the kidney shaped pool. The bike path is shaded and cool without the worry of traffic. There is a crosswalk to facilitate crossing S. Sea Pines Drive to access the beach path (this is just around the corner from where Greenwood Drive and S. Sea Pines Drive merge). The beach path is #26 and it is between Surf Scoter and Snowy Egret. This area of Sea Pines is highly sought after for its privacy and location. It is almost equidistance between South Beach (Salty Dog restaurant) and Harbor Town (Crazy Crab restaurant).
