Hermosa casa unifamiliar de nueva construcción de 12 habitaciones y 6 baños con ascensor ahora disponible para albergar su próxima gran reunión familiar. Esta casa está ubicada en el corazón de Ocean City y está cerca de TODO; paseo marítimo, playa y compras en el centro.

Esta casa se compone de dos condominios con una puerta interior que conecta, por lo que los huéspedes tienen acceso a toda la propiedad sin tener que salir.

Esta propiedad tiene un ascensor desde el nivel del garaje hasta el último piso. No hay servicio de ascensor a la primera / planta media.

OCNJ 2025 reunion

Property is in a great location for easy access to boardwalk, beach, shopping, restaurants!Our host was quick to respond and rectify any issues. Common areas are spacious for gathering for meals and games. Great place to vacation with family!

Great house for group

During MDW, we had about 20 people stay for an annual family event. Overall we loved the house and Julie. The house is in a great location that is right in between the boardwalk and shopping area. There was plenty of room to eat and hang out on the oversized front porch as well as the family room. The cleaning could have been better but Julie was very responsive after she was notified.

Our time in Ocean City

The house was perfect for our large family get together. Plenty of room for everyone. The location is great being close to the beach & boardwalk. We didn’t need to bring beach chairs with us, they were provided & there were plenty. Definitely a wonderful vacation!!

Great stay, nice house

The house was the perfect size and design for our varied group. We were able to put the older people with mobility issues on the top floor with the elevator, the group of teenagers on the bottom floor with all of the bunk beds, and the rest of us took the middle. Two kitchens was great for covering a group of 18 and the front porch on the middle level was absolutely perfect for the evenings when we had some downtime. There were enough beach chairs, boogey boards, and beach passes to cover us all which was a huge plus. The only criticism I have is that there were some broken seats on the chairs outside that made them unusable and a broken vent in the floor that was a little dangerous if you didn't see it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend the house for a large group traveling together.

Perfect For A Large Family

We had 27 people staying four nights, using both condos and basement. The condos are lovely and comfortable. We spent most of our time in the lower condo (middle floor), allowing the adults and older teens to play cards into the night while the younger children - ages 2-12 - slept in the basement. Another advantage was the two rooms in the basement are completely separate, so the children younger than 12 - who were in one basement room - could not wake early to bother the 15-18 year olds in the other basement room. We just locked the second floor door to the basement where the older children were sleeping. When the younger children came to the second floor hoping to play with the older children, they could not get into the stairway leading to the older children’s part of the basement. And because the door opened from the inside, the older children could join the family when they were ready. This very large home, which can be rented in smaller parts, is in a great location with easy access to the beach and boardwalk where there were retail stores, food, arcades, food, miniature golf, food, amusement parks, food and more food; every possible dessert, sweet cake, candy, custard ice cream, and cookies were available. My favorite was a shop selling unique foods including many varieties of jerky, sauces, snacks, and other interesting choices. Each condo had a very large balcony to play, talk, read, and relax. We could hang with everyone or take some alone time when needed.

Wonderful Memorial Day weekend!

This property was perfect for our large extended family! The location was excellent, plenty of rooms, well furnished, and set up for lots of fun and great memories! We really appreciated the rooms downstairs with all of the bunk beds for the kids. Thank you! We loved this property!

Family celebration getaway

Julie's property is beautiful, modern and spacious and suited our needs perfectly. We had a family celebration with several elderly members and the elevator came in very handy for those who have difficulty with stairs. Everyone was very happy with the accommodations. The house is in a great location and very close to the beach and boardwalk. Parking on the property was available, which was a plus, since the OC Fall Block party took place while we were there. Julie and Missy were great to communicate with and very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

vacation to remember

My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful vacation. The owner was extremely easy to deal with and responded quickly to all my questions before we started our stay. The rental itself was very clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach chairs - the two main things we used the most. The location was perfect for our party - easy walk to Starbucks :) the beach, boardwalk, and shopping. Thank you very much! We had a wonderful get together!

Bridal party house

Stayed here with our bridal party for our wedding. House was big, nice, well located, and as described. Definitely would recommend for a stay for a big group in OCNJ!

A perfect extended family Ocean City Retreat

We had 6 families with 6 children under 5 staying here for the week and found this property to be perfect for our needs. The multiple bathrooms and bedrooms allowed for much privacy and quiet for napping/sleeping infants and toddlers which added greatly to their parents' enjoyment of the week. Meanwhile the two living rooms and porches provided great spaces for adults hanging out together or happy hour. The built in gate on the front porch allowed parents in early mornings or after a day at the beach to visit and relax there while little ones toddled around happily and safely. The two full kitchens provided lots of space for various families to cook, eat and store their perishables and although 2 kitchens was not on our original wish list we quickly saw the beauty of having that option as well as all eating all together for dinner meals. We were totally unprepared for all the equipment each kitchen contained from Keurigs to InstaPots as well as the absorbent bath mats in each bathroom, hand soap at every sink, beautiful dish towels and cloths, and other thoughtful details.. The inside stairway which connects the upstairs and downstairs condos gave convenient access for us to hang out easily together. We were able to fit 6 large cars in the garage or driveway which greatly simplified our lives. Ed and Missy, the property managers, were very responsive to our occasional question texts as was Julie the owner, when we texted with questions concernng the property.
