We provide 8 Beach tags (all adults and children 12+ need beach tags June 1-Labor day), 8 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrella’s & a beach cart to enjoy your long beach days. Haven Ave. on this part of the island is only 4 blocks to the beach.
There are 5 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king bed and its own master bath.
Bedroom #2 is a junior ensuite with a queen bed and its own bathroom.
Bedroom #3 has a king bed
Bedroom #4 has 2 sets of bunk beds ( 4 twins)
Bedroom #5 -2 sets of bunkbeds ( 4 twins)

Sheets and towels are not included in the rental and are the responsibility of the guests.

We have a huge front deck with plenty of seating or there is a back deck off the master bedroom for a quite retreat. Either way you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and your wine at night in the fresh ocean air.
