Nice Stay at Rehoboth

Nice small place about 2 blocks from boardwalk and perfect for a small family looking for a beach getaway. Parking can be a bit challenging if you plan on driving around while you're there.

Park the car and enjoy!

We walked to eat and go to the beach, we biked to Lewis and took the ferry to Cape May. Perfect location!

Great location

A perfect fall getaway for the 2 of us and our dogs in this conveniently located apartment in RehobothBeach. We were able to walk most places we wanted to go. The apartment was plenty roomy, clean and welcoming.

Place is very clean and love the new shower head. Location is the best part, about a block away from the boardwalk. Most of all excellent communication with Sam from Berkshire Hathaway. Thank you!

Great location. Room with queen bed was a bit tight but overall the apt was very comfortable

No problems renting this property. Any questions were answered right away. Was able to share driveway with tenant on first floor but was also able to find permit street parking at night(daytime parking was limited)

Property was very clean and even though is was pet friendly I would have never known-that means a lot. It was very beach friendly and in a great location. I just wish the bathroom was a little bit bigger and a place to hang things outside to dry. Otherwise it would be perfect. Thanks!

Cozy and bright

Visited in March so weather was blustery but residence was nice and comfortable. Small apartment but two bedroom. Second floor with nice front porch. Tall or large people may feel little tight.. Very nicely decorated , simple and efficient. Close walk to Beach!!

Downstairs neighbors were very intrusive. They dominated the shared space like it was their own. Parked on street because of the shared parking situation. No laundry in upstairs apartment 43D listed in fine print of contract. Online listing says coin laundry available. That is NOT on property for upstairs rental. Location was great. Upstairs apartment was small but enough for two people. Nicely decorated.

Thank you for your candid feedback, Heather. Yes, this apartment does have a shared common area and we would have gladly made a phone call to the downstairs neighbors if we had know that they were monopolizing the space... Please note that we are open 7 days a week and also have an emergency number if you ever need us. Yes, although it is a little tight and the parking is shared, the parking spaces are assigned to each apartment. For laundry, we don't list washer and dryer as an amenity on the premises, but we do have .nearby laundromats which offer coiin operated service. Again, apologies if our stated information wasn't clear enough; we will try to make it clearer. We are happy you enjoyed the location and the apartment though and hope to work with you again in the future to find the perfect spot for your group.

My vacation

Property was all I expected. Picking up and dropping off key at rental office is inconvenient and (minor) bathroom sink is slow to drain. Certainly no major complaints or problems.

Rehobeth Stay

The unit is cute and clean. It is difficult with small children due to the steep steps leading to the door. It is small and therefore with kids hard to bring their things up and down and no place for them to store on yard level. Parking is not the best situation!

Great location, perfect for small group and pets.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Rehoboth Beach, Maryland Ave. apt. Met all our needs perfectly. All as in me and my two dogs. We had a great time. Even though a nor’easter came through. We made it to Gordon’s pond a couple times. And had great walks around town and around the little lake. The house was well equipped and extremely nicely kept. Everything we needed and perfectly set up when you’re traveling with pets. My only suggestion would be to consider a couple dimmer switches for the overhead lights. It could be rather bright at times. But not a complaint just a suggestion. Really loved the place thank you.
