Esta encantadora casa de 2 dormitorios, está a sólo 2 cuadra a pie de la playa y el paseo marítimo. Compras y cenar alrededor de Rehoboth Ave está a poca distancia a pie. A un corto trayecto a las salidas de Rehoboth. El primer dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y TV por cable con reproductor de DVD. La segunda habitación tiene una cama Trundel. Cocinar, comer y relajarse con la sala, comedor y cocina abierta, que también dispone de televisión por cable e internet. El baño tiene ducha de stand-up. Excellent location, right in town, close to everything. House is complete with everything you could possibly need. The only issues were the comfort of the bed in the main room was lacking. It’s a memory foam, but the base isn’t good so it sags into the middle and isn’t very comfortable. Comforters are provided, but No other bedding or bathroom products of any kind beyond hand soap are provided, so please plan accordingly. Not a negative, but it’s not in the listing, so just plan for it. There are a few little convenience stores to check in if you need anything though. Otherwise, a perfect place to stay in Rehoboth. Host was extremely accommodating and very nice. Would happily stay here again.

Cottage Minutes From The Sand

The location of the cottage was perfect for an easy, less than 10 minute walk from the beach, restaurants and shopping. David was very available for our questions and was a dream to work with. A phone call or text to David was answered immediately. Would definitely stay again if the timing was right!

Getaway

Cute little bungalow with all the amenities. Three blocks from the beach. Close to all the stores and restaurants. Dave was great. Very clean and quaint. We will be back next year.

Fun Rehoboth getaway

We had a nice stay at David’s property! He was easy to communicate with, and stopped in our first day to check in. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the outdoor shower was great after a day at the beach. Both the beach and boardwalk were a short walk away, and my kids loved being so close to FunLand. My only complaint was that the bunk beds were as others mentioned very squeaky. Otherwise, the trip was smooth, painless and fun!

Great little bungalow, close to the beach and boardwalk

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids 6 & 8) enjoyed our stay at this property. Location was great - short walk to beach, Funland, boardwalk, and Rehoboth Ave. Communication with owner was great.

The cottage was perfect for a long weekend getaway! The kitchen was well stocked and the cottage was clean and comfortable. The location was close to the beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. We didn’t move the car our whole visit.

Long weekend stay

This cozy cottage was perfect for our family of five. It had everything we need for a long weekend stay and was an easy 6 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. We especially loved the washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute small cottage.

We enjoyed our stay here and loved that it was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Cottage is comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. Not sure the need for a mini fridge..which took up needed space in the lvg/dining area. Sun beamed in the cottage in the afternoon, making the cottage very cheerful and bright.

Great Location and lovely cottage

Property is close enough to the everything making it ideal for us to not use our vehicle. Quick walk to the beach, boardwalk, funland, restaurants and shopping. The cottage itself is a great size for a small family (4). I especially love the size as there aren't many small houses. The furnishings could use an update. The bunk bed is really loud. The drawers in the armoires were not in the best of shape, but there was still plenty of storage. David was great to work with. We had an issue with the AC and he had someone out to fix it right away. He also ended up replacing the grill. Overall it was a great stay.

Great location but a few hiccups with appliances

The coffee maker did not work because of a missing piece but David got us a different one right away. The fridge was not cooling properly and David got us a mini fridge that day. David was a great property manager and took care of any issues right away. The location is great and the outdoor shower was a bonus.

Relaxing weekend

Perfect location! What a wonderful place to stay to unwind or be in the middle of everything in minutes. The house was perfect for our family. The washer and dryer and off-street parking were added bonuses.

This was a perfect property for us - we parked our car, and we’re able to walk or bike everywhere. Dave was an excellent host - check-in was easy, and he checked on us after an unexpected storm hit Rehoboth. Overall great experience and we will be back!

Pictures Don't Do Rental Justice

Great time

The cottage is cuter than the pictures and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is great. We were close to restaurants, shops and the beach, so we were able to leave the car and walk everywhere. The cottage has a coffee maker and keurig but my husband walked to Starbucks every day since it was a 7 minute walk and it’s such a nice walk. David was very nice and responded to any questions I had . I truly would recommend this place for a small family .
