Ubicada en la muy solicitada Coconut Plantation en el complejo de Ko Olina, nuestra casa está literalmente a cinco minutos a pie de la playa y a minutos del fabuloso Roy’s Restaurant y Hawaii's Best Luau, Paradise Cove. Con acres de exuberante vegetación que rodean las casas, la tranquilidad lo espera. Nuestro objetivo es superar todas sus expectativas como nuestro invitado.

Con un diseño interior lujosamente amueblado que refleja temas hawaianos, polinesios y asiáticos, las antigüedades raras coexisten con electrodomésticos y electrodomésticos modernos. Este diseño de Coconut Palm tiene más de 1700 pies cuadrados de lujo con aire acondicionado y capacidad para ocho personas, y dos lanais (y patio privado) que suman casi 600 pies cuadrados más de espacio. Tres dormitorios y tres baños completos brindan una gran privacidad y una gran sala ofrece espacio adicional para la oficina, el descanso y un sofá cama doble.

Great Stay

Very nice townhome in a great location within Coconut Plantation. Especially enjoyed the ground level lanai as a remote work location every day. We plan to return next year!

Wonderful stay!

We have done several extended trips to various Hawaiian islands and I have to say that this was one of our favorite stays. The condo is supplied with everything a family can possibly need, especially the kitchen. The management company was really easy to work with and very responsive. Everything was clean and well organized. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great family Property

We loved our stay. It was so helpful having the portable crib and highchair when our grandchildren visited. The pool with the sandy entrance was a hit! The setting in Ko Olina is breathtaking. We all played in the ocean, relaxed and had incredible family time. Thank you for sharing this home and allowing us to make wonderful memories.

Perfect Home in the Tropics

My family and I rented this unit for four weeks in Aug. 2010. The place was just perfect! Cannot wait to return. Easy walk to the beach with kids and toys in tow. Kitchen well equiped with everything you need. Tons of toys and beach gear for use during your stay. Lots of information about what to do and where to eat. The perfect distance to the pool....not too close or far. Both Garrett and Dave were very helpful when needed.

Wonderful location

We stayed in Coconut Plantation and enjoyed the wonderful location and beauty of the area. The condo kitchen was well equipped. The cleaning ladies were on site when we arrived and cleaning was not very thorough. It was difficult to park 2 vehicles in the garage as many items were stored there. Also, the $150 electric allowance is not enough as the usual monthly bill runs 400-500. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Ko Olina Coconut Plantation

My wife, two daughters (aged 10 and 8) and I truly enjoyed this beautiful two story, fully stocked town home. Talk about bang for your buck! Just pack a bathing suit and a toothbrush since everything you will need is in the town home. In our first day, we went to Costco which is about 4 miles away and loaded up on food for the month. We enjoyed many a meal in the comfort of the lanai ( with BBQ) or poolside at one of the 3 water areas on the property. Dozens of incredible beaches are within 10 miles and the North Shore is only 30 minutes. A month a KoOlina is truly a month in Paradise.

Loved our Ko Olina Home. Gave us room to spread out and relax.

Place of Joy truly describes our visit to the Coconut Plantation. Close proximity to pool and ocean and great restaurants and stores close by. I would recommend getting a smaller vehicle to rent. We had an Explorer and it was an extremely tight fit in the garage. Pool was the best. Always clean and not overly crowded most of time. Hated to leave. Only about three miles from Costco. Grill no longer on lanai but there are grills in the pool area for use.

Wonderful Month-Long Stay

This property made our vacation! It had all the creature comforts set in paradise. My husband and I were able to work with no issue- the townhome had several comfortable spots to set up a laptop. I preferred the downstairs lanai but there is a huge den with a desk to set up if you want a more permanent place to keep your office. Wifi was great, steps away from the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was better stocked than our own! It had everything from Tupper ware to a mixer- was able to cook our regular meals without a thought. The property manager was quick to respond. The garage is split so was difficult to park a Chevy Traverse (3 row) but smaller cars should not have a problem at all. The home had everything we needed to have a great vacation: near the beaches and nice places to eat, quiet friendly community and shops. There is a train that stops right outside the ice cream shop that we called an "ice cream train", check it out if you like trains or have kids, was a nice way to spend the afternoon. The Lagoon by Aulani was perfect for enjoying the calm waters. I set up in their area and no one asked any questions about if we stayed there or not. The Poke Bowls at the Cafe in the Aulani hotel were out of this world. You must try all the fish you can in Hawaii- its amazing!

Great Home Away From Home

We are from the islands. Since some of us live on the mainland, we decided to reunite with family still living here so we rented Dave’s place. Being familiar with the area, we thought the location was perfect. Being close to the highway and walkability to the lagoons, made the location very convenient. Every one we dealt with responded quickly. All of our questions were answered in a very timely manner and the maintenance folks were very friendly and thorough. The condo was clean and we loved spending time on the lanai. It was very comfortable for 6 people. The kitchen was very well stocked with every thinkable gadget you could possibly need. Parking is limited to only garage parking so if you have more than 2 cars, it’s a struggle. Overall, we enjoyed so much about the condo and hope to rent again soon!

Amazing house to stay for vacation

I stayed here with my boyfriend for two months. Loved everything about it, the area, the house, the proximity to the beach, the green landscape, the birds singing. Would definitely return and looking forward to our future stay here someday soon.

Fantastic location, great property

Our family loved our stay here! We felt so at home and enjoyed this rental and its amenities. It was clean and had lots of updated features. The lanis were such a perk! The condo is in a great location -- so many options within walking distance. The pool was beautiful and close too. We'd rent here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect beach vacation

Our family really enjoyed the perfect location and floor plan plan within Coconut plantation community. This is our 2nd stay in complex. This unit was perfect location for pool and walking to the beautiful beach lagoons . We hope to rent again soon.

Great Hawaiian Experience

Our Ko Olina Coconut Plantation experience couldn't have been better. This townhouse was perfect for our family reunion with all the amenities needed for a perfect trip. Location/Location, only a few min walk to the Ocean with restaurants and shopping on the way. In addition conveniently located to Paradise Cove Luau. I would definitely stay here again...perfect!

This is such a fabulous place.

This large condo is very well maintained. It is beautiful, close to the lagoons, shops, and pool. You can walk to everything! The pool itself is super great for little kids and big kids. There is a zero depth sandy entrance that is super fun for the littles to play in. We walked to lagoon 1 and the secret lagoon by paradise cove several times. The Ko olina itself is just beautiful. There is a golf course in walking distance. My 10 yr old hit balls on the driving range there several times. This condo itself has everything you need, from towels to dishes to beach gear. There is even a surf board of you want to surf at near by white planes beach. Kapolei has everything you would need as far as shopping goes. It has Costco, Target, Walmart, and a beautiful new open air mall. We had such an amazing time here, I wish we didn't have to leave.

Great townhome, beautiful complex, perfect location!

We stayed a month in this townhouse and didn't want to leave! The place was clean, inviting, and very comfortable for all 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). The pools and grounds were beautiful and very well kept, and the first lagoon beach is only an easy 5 minute walk, which we did almost every day. It was so wonderful traveling with kids and having so many amenities provided (high chair, travel pack n play, toys, books, plates/utensils, wagon, etc.) - it just made it that much easier! Dave and Garret were so easy to deal with and quickly answered any questions we had. We had such an amazing family vacation here and would not hesitate to return to this property! It truly was a home away from home!

Outstanding place

My husband, our 2 daughters and our German exchange student stayed @ this property. Plenty of room for all. Very comfortable home and beautiful area. Snorkel gear, boogies boards etc available for use. The kids enjoyed the pool just a few steps from the property. Excellent location--outside of the busy Honolulu area, but an easy drive to the city. Many restaurants in the area, ice cream, etc. Walkable to the beach. We highly recommend this property--stayed a few years ago and plan to return in the future.

Excellent property, ideal location

What a gem! Thank you to...

What a gem! Thank you to the Klenske family for making their lovely home available. We stayed for nearly 3 weeks in April 2009 and would do it again in a heartbeat. The home was the perfect size for our family and a couple of friends. We are very discriminating and the Klenske home is clean, well appointed and well maintained. It is very easy to feel comfortable there. The area is also perfect for little kids who are not yet swimmers or not yet strong swimmers - the pool with its sand bottom section as well as the no-surf lagoons are kid-friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

What a find! We hit the ...

What a find! We hit the jackpot when we found this home to stay in. Our family (including children aged 6, 3, and 9 months) spent 3 months here last summer, and we LOVED it. We can't imagine staying anywhere other than Ko Olina when we return. From the gorgeous beach coves where we swam, ran, and played, to the molten chocolate souffle we indulged in at Roys, Ko Olina can't be beat. Regarding this unit, the homeowners thought of everything a potential renter could need or want, and they maintain an amazing website to showcase it all. They were easy to communicate with, and were extremely hospitable. We had plenty of space for our parents to come stay with us for a few weeks as well. The close location of the home to the ocean pool is unbeatable--what a convenience for families with young children. But our favorite part of the home was the upstairs lanai. Relaxing on a chaise with the warm sun, vibrant colors, and a cool Hawaiian breeze...pure paradise!

We loved staying in your ...

We loved staying in your home. It is beautiful and the amenities are A++. The furnishings are beautiful, pool and spa are close, shopping and restaurants are close and we could not have been more comfortable. Your neighbors were very friendly and helpful too. I had my baby 2 days after arriving at your home and it made our adjustment so easy. My family arrived and had a wonderful time too. Thank-you so much for everything. If we need more room again, we will definitely look you up again. Thank-you for being military friendly as well.

This is a wonderful locat...

This is a wonderful location and beautiful home. The amenities were perfect, hammocks to relax, pool on the property, beach across the street, fine dining in the area, the house was fully equipped with everything we needed! We have a 2-year old and this was the perfect vacation for us, very easy to work around his nap schedule. He loved swimming at the beach and playing in the sand!
