Situado en la hermosa Ko Olina Kai Comunidad esta hermosa villa planta baja cuenta con una excelente ubicación con un corto 5-10 minutos. A pie de las estaciones de Blue Ocean lagunas y playas de arena. Relájese con estilo tropical de la isla en nuestra terraza cubierta que da a una hermosa vista al jardín que proporciona privacidad óptima. Nuestra piscina tropical y jacuzzi están a pocos pasos de la Villa como es el Ko Olina Golf Club Campeonato de golf que ofrece 'de Roy Restaurante' sólo unos pasos. Estamos abiertos a los alquileres a largo. Nueva cama hermoso dosel de matrimonio con vestidor, amplio dormitorio principal, actualizado con una bella decoración. Plan de piso espacioso y completamente amueblado a lo largo. 5 bicicletas nuevas !! Nos encanta montar a caballo a las lagunas !! Tenemos equipo de buceo, tablas de surf, sillas de playa y muy cerca de todo divertirse en Koolina !!

Perfect!

Perfect location. Convenient to easily get to shopping/restaurants/lagoon through shortcuts around the property. The villa was very clean; the kitchen well stocked and spacious. The furniture was all very comfortable. The garage is full of everything to guarantee a great time at the beach. Jenny was easy to contact and was always timely in her responses.

Fantastic vacation in Ko Olina !

The house was nice and clean with tasteful decor. It’s well organized with all the amenities, for the kitchen as well as for the beach (even though we didn’t use most of them). It’s like your own beach house in Hawaii. The hostess was nice and helpful. She even got a air fryer when we mentioned that it wasn’t on the list. We enjoyed our stay very much, we’ll come back soon.

Beautiful vacation home!

Jenny's vacation home was beautifully decorated and clean. It was very well stocked with everything we needed, including shampoo, lotion, condiments, laundry detergent, etc. Jenny also was very responsive to all my questions and clearly wanted to make sure that my family had a great time in Hawaii. Truly a pleasure to work with! I would recommend renting the golf cart. It was a lot of fun to drive around the resort and, at times, it was the only parking available at the lagoons. The resort is a beautiful and quiet oasis that we enjoyed coming home to at the end of a long day sightseeing. Get your groceries and gas at Costco, which was a quick 15 minute drive to Kapolei.

Perfect vacation.

We celebrated my sister from Ireland 70 BD this past Feb & March. We had a FABULOUS time, staying in Jennys home. I blocked the disposal unit , she responded immediately & sent repair person same evening! Beautiful , very clean home with tons of “toys” in the garage . Home is close to everything , can walk to lagoons , golf club , restaurants and the many activities that the resort offers. We especially loved having our meals on the lanai. Was well stocked with many basic items like sugar/ coffee/ tea/ TP / trash bags as many unit are completely bare. Our dream is to go back☝️ I would highly recommend renting from Jenny as a home owner and the unit itself.

Excellent location- close to beaches, shopping and restaurants! Owner very easy to work with and communicated quickly. Condo was fully stocked with anything you would need including beach chairs, bikes & toys. Would stay there again!

Great Location and Value!

We loved our stay here! It is very close to the 4 Ko Olina lagoons (12 min walk) and we spent many days/evening enjoying the water and sun there. The garage is full of add ons that truly made our trip exceptional. (They were what convinced us this VRBO would be best) There are bikes, snorkel gear, and body boards that greatly enhanced our stay. If we were to do it all over again we would choose this location again in a heartbeat. Jennifer is also very accommodating and responsive! All in all a 10/10 stay.

A little slice of paradise.

The description of the property was perfect. We fully utilized almost everything offered making for a rich, exciting vacation. The owner was incredibly nice and the neighborhood was perfect. We could walk to stores, restaurants, the beach, and my favorite - Paradise Cove to see the fish and sea turtles. To top it off, we were there over Halloween and we able to participate in the neighborhood tradition of trick or treaters walking around the neighborhood with residents setting up tables full of treats at the curb. It was close to a Halloween parade.

Everything you need, Very Clean, Close to everything. You can't ask for much more!

It was a pleasure staying at Jenny's property. She really has everything you need! Snorkel gear, bikes, bbq, spices, kitchen gadgets. You name it, no need to bring anything except your Hawaii attire. Close to restaurants, beaches and shopping. Jenny is very attentive as well making sure you arrive OK and that everything is to your satisfaction. We have stayed at approximately 10 Vacation rentals and this is one of they best yet. As advertised, so surprises. We would stay again without hesitation. Great home Jenny, thank you for opening it up to our family.

Amazing Property-Amazing Owner

We wanted to stay somewhere extra special for our daughters' first trip to Hawaii, and Jenny's home proved to be that and more! The property is perfectly lovely: so clean, comfortable, and convenient. Everything that we needed to enjoy the beach and the gorgeous pool was already on site-beach gear, chairs, snorkels, and even bikes! The furniture and beds were immaculate and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-kept and very well-appointed. The only thing we needed to add was the food! Having a washer and drier in the condo was a life saver, too. Ko Olina was the perfect choice for our family of four. The Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates is in a fantastic location for anyone who is looking to find a quiet, safe place to spend a vacation but who also wants to be close to many shops, beaches, and activities. We rented a car, but the beach, pool, and delicious eateries are within easy walking distances. On those days where your family just wants to relax around the condo, the lanai and very private grassy area is awesome, as is the brand new grill. I have saved the best feature about the condo for last: Jenny, the owner. Jenny was amazing. Not only was she very professional and clear about the paperwork and arrangements, she was also kind, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. She returns calls and emails right way, and she is a wealth of knowledge about the area. She gave us many, many helpful tips and ideas. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Ko Olina area, and I highly recommend staying in Ko Olina. It is really a wonderful oasis: quiet, relaxing, and safe.

Great Vacation

Beautiful condo. Close to everything. Owner is so helpful and has great info at condo regarding restaurants, beaches and directions. So easy to work with. This was our first condo rental and I would return. Had the best time ever. Condo is as shown. Spotless and so comfy. The coves are great for snorkeling and we loved happy hour at all the beach bars. The pool was beautifully landscaped and enjoyable. Everything is in walking distance. One of the best times ever. Did I mention the gorgeous sunsets:)

Welcome to a Delightful Corner of the World!

My Husband and I are retired and we were looking forward to celebrating our 45th Anniversary in December. We were also looking for a very special way to celebrate it. I mentioned this to my hairdresser/friend and she mentioned that her friend, Jenny, had a Condo in Hawaii. I immediately contacted her and began to make plans. Since we are retired, we stayed a whole month! Since it was Dec. our daughter and grandchildren (11 and 15) came out for Christmas and New Years. Ko Olina is ideal for anyone!! We experienced peace and quiet, beautiful beaches/lagoons, beautiful Resorts, awesome restaurants, nice little shopping center, beautiful, amazing golf course, all within walking distance! The condo itself is beautiful, very clean with just about every item you would need at the beach. Costco, Safeway, Walmart, shopping centers, a water park, marina, are 5 minutes away in Kapolei. On this side of the island the weather is almost perfect. When other parts of the island had rain, the southwest corner of Oahu was sunny and 72 in the AM, 82 in the afternoon. Nothing on the Island is more than an hour or hour and 15 min away. Can't wait to go back! This time I think I'll take some girlfriends.

Paradise!

Our family had an amazing time in Ko Olina. The condo is spacious and very clean, well stocked. Jenny is very committed to making everyone enjoy their stay in Ko Olina. The condo is within a short walk to 4 different lagoons as well as Paradise Cove where we saw endangered monk seals and several turtles. The condo pool is beautiful and very quiet during the day. The location of Ko Olina makes for an easy drive into Waikiki for some fun as well as exploring the rest of the island. The Polynesian Cultural Center was great as well Bishops Museum and there are too many beautiful beaches to name. The snorkeling in the lagoons was great, nice not to fight a current while exploring and safe for the kids. The resorts along the lagoons have great restaurants as well as The Station, all walking distance. 5 star for sure!!

Excellent for Our Family of Five!

We stayed at Jenny's condo March 27-April 26. We have three kids, ages 6, 3, and 10 months. This was the perfect location for us! Very family friendly community, we felt safe and relaxed walking around. The coves were an easy walk away and were just beautiful with their white sand and calm waves. I felt very comfortable letting my kids play in the water and sand. My kids also enjoyed the community pool very much, which was never crowded and closer then the beach. Jenny's condo is stocked with everything you'll need - snorkeling gear (for adults and kids), boogie boards, bikes, sand toys, lot of beach towels, reusable water bottles, etc. It was fantastic! The condo itself is lovely on the inside and there was lots of closet space for clothing. We enjoyed using the grill and eating on the lanai often. The neighborhood is quiet and we never heard noise through the shared walls of the condo. Jenny has been fantastic to work with - always quick to respond and so kind and helpful! You can tell she takes great pride in her condo and loves Ko Olina and is happy for you to be there enjoying it too! I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone, we had a simply wonderful stay there!

Our Ko'Olina 5 Star!

Our month long stay at Jenny's lovely home was a great experience. The place is as described by other reviewers - nicely decorated, with a good sized kitchen, and all the towels and beach gear (even some beach toys for grandkids) you need (leave your own snorkelling gear at home). The 5th star was awarded because Jenny was a great host. She could not have been more informative or cooperative. We're a retired Air Force couple - fairly well travelled - and this 'home base' made for a superior holiday. We're coming back for Feb 2016 (hoping our grandkids can join us for a week). Thank you Jenny!

Perfect for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy life.

November 1 - 22, 2014 The owner, Jenny, is a very sweet lady,very accommodating and even got a play pen for our granddaughter to sleep in when we where there. Our stay was so much nicer due to all the helpful tips Jenny gave us about things to do, places to go and available amenities. The condo was awesome and had everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Hawaii. We rented a golf cart to run to the market and back and forth to the beach and pool (see Jenny for details/contact info). I would recommend this condo to anyone, its perfect. :)

Wonderful Villa and great location!

We vacationed here for 16 days in December. Your Ko Olina home is not only gorgeous and well decorated but you made your home a perfect vacation place, truly a home away from home. We could have stayed much longer. This beautiful, well maintained villa was a perfect place our family. The villa itself is luxurious and comfortable. We could walk to the beautiful lagoons within 5 to 10 minutes where we would set up camp for the day and snorkel, walk along the beautiful path visiting all five lagoons and play with the kids. Ko Olina is such a kid friendly place. We loved sitting on the lanai every morning for coffee waking up to the enchanting songs of the birds. There is a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance that offers something for everyone. We loved the Monkey Pod for Happy Hour and Just Tacos for good Mexican food. Great food for kids too! We stayed in for dinner several nights and found the kitchen to be well-stocked. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub which are just a short walk from the villa. The garage is stocked with anything we needed for the beach- chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and plenty of snorkel gear. We couldn't have been more thrilled with the villa and our whole vacation. We hope to be back to this villa for another wonderful vacation in Ko Olina. Many thanks to Jenny for her great communication, quick response to anything we needed and flexible manner. It was a wonderful stress free experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to family and friends and will love to stay here again.

perfect location

This condo was perfect for all our needs. It is very comfortable and stocked with everything you will need. The bedrooms are decorated beautifully and have lots of room. Beds are comfort too! The location is just a quick walk to the beach. Restaurants and golf course are also are just a quick walk away. Wonderful place to stay!

The best part about my villa is that it is perfectly located in the community near a walking path that takes you straight through the golf course and you're on your way to the beach!! Also, that it is in a quiet location! Lots to do and so many great restaurants to try out! New bikes!!
