Una escapada increíble en Puerto Vallarta, nuevo condominio. Confortable terraza donde podrá disfrutar de increíbles vistas y hermosas puestas de sol. El condominio cuenta con cocina equipada, sala de estar cómoda, comedor, lavadora, secadora, lavaplatos y WIFI. Bonita terraza con impresionantes vistas.

 2 habitaciones: una habitación tiene una cama king size, la otra habitación tiene 2 camas queen, cada habitación tiene su propia Smart TV, aire acondicionado y ventiladores. 2 baños completos.

Los huéspedes tienen acceso completo al condominio y las amplias comodidades del edificio, que incluyen piscinas frente al mar, jacuzzis, acceso a la playa privada y asientos, gimnasio y canchas de tenis. El edificio está cerca del aeropuerto y seguro, vigilado por seguridad las 24 horas.
Justo al otro lado de la calle, hay muchos restaurantes y bares hermosos, al lado tendrá el centro comercial "La Isla", el centro de Puerto Vallarta y el aeropuerto a solo 15 minutos, y muchas tiendas de conveniencia cerca. Increíbles distancias para caminar.

Hay algunas obras en construcción y un beach club cerca y aunque a la mayoría de los huéspedes no les molesta el ruido ocasional, debe tenerse en cuenta.

Birthday celebrations

It was absolutely stunning. Loved the condo and the view. We had a wonderful time. The pools and grounds are fantastic! Only small downside was we couldn’t get the WiFi info to use WiFi by the pools.

Beautiful location, wonderful beach.

This was our second time in PV, and the Grand Venetian is a perfect setting for a winter getaway. We enjoyed the pools, the restaurant, and sitting under the palapas on the beach.The El Oasis del Holi restaurant is excellent and just a quick walk through the sand.

Awesome condo with prime location!

We are very happy with our stay! It was our first time in PV and we where so happy to find that the location was amazing, close to mall, restaurants and taxis, the view from the balcony is awesome and Sergio was very helpful and responded to all my questions very quickly. We will be returning! Thank you!

My family stayed for 3 nights at this property, Sergio (on site contact) was very responsive and helpful. The property was well maintained and clean. The residence complex was very nice, there’s only one restaurant for the three resident buildings but enough to get a quick bite. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful sunsets

Great experience from check in on. Condo is lovely, although the dining room table is oddly high. Kitchen worked well and the property is well maintained. Pools were great and we got to see some whales playing in the bay.

Good location, great tennis

The property needs some maintenance and improvement. Drains are plugged, lighting is bad, sheets and towels are old, no cleaning agents supplied, no means to wash dishes in the kitchen besides the dishwasher, there is a leak on the patio from above. Pictures look good but everything is not as it seems.

AMAZING!!!

This is my second stay in this unit and I just love it more each time! The view is amazing and I could sit on the large balcony and watch the view all day long, wall to wall sliding glass doors open to wonderful breezes! The condo it's very well maintained and beautifully decorated, the kitchen has everything you could need. There's enough space to eat or just take a glass of wine. The bedrooms have a very good size and the beds very comfortable! The unit very safe and clean! The communication with Jose was very fluent and responsive. I would definitely stay for a third and a fourth time!

This condo is a MUST with breathless views!

A wonderful apartment with the MOST beautiful ocean view anyone can ask for! We watched a couple of whales just in front of the Grand Venetian, it was amazing!! The unit is clean, well decorated, spacious and perfect for a getaway. The condo has Smart TV's which allow a chill evening with Netflix after a full day at the beach or pool. We enjoyed our breakfast at the balcony at the morning hearing the sound of waves. The complex is fantastic with 4 pools and jacuzzies, all with full ocean view and direct access to the beach. The snack bar has great food by a fair price and includes pool and condo service! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation, is a wonderful place to stay for families.

Nice Condo - terrible TV and only ok internet

The condo itself is nice. Spacious and very adequately furnished. I have stayed at Grand Venetian at least 8 other times as well as at other high end condos in PV (Peninsula, Sayan Beach) and it is the worst TV we have ever had. About 4 over the air channels (no cable), not a single channel in English. We are on vacation, but still like to catch up on the news at night. No need to have such nice TVs when we can't watch them. We tried to use our Roku but the internet is also spotty so it often just buffered and was generally difficult to watch. For this reason, I would be reluctant to rent this condo again. One other note - the band at the small bar by the river can be heard in the condo until about 10:30pm. It's not rocking loud, but may bother some. On the positive side, they were good bands and played 80's/90's covers and pop so was ok for us to listen to - we often liked it. Closing the sliding doors would mostly block it out. I would also like to comment about the local property manager, Sergio. He is a great guy. Spoke good English and was so nice to work with. He is a definite plus for the condo! Grand Venetian property is great. Pools are beautiful. The restaurant on site is reasonably priced and has good food (salads, burgers, nachos, nuggets, etc). Massages are available in Tower 1 gym and reasonably priced. Concierge in tower 3 was also nice to have for reservations, etc. Security guards are friendly and it is easy to get a cab. Nice and easy to walk over to La Isla mall to poke around as well.

The condo was beautifully decorated and well equipped! The few things we needed Sergio responded to quickly.. the location is near several good restaurants and the mall is right there for shopping. We love the pools and beach areas. We have stayed at GV twice and will be back!
