Este condominio se encuentra en la cuarta planta, así que el sonido de las olas contra la playa se escuchan fácilmente y proporcionan un ambiente relajado.

Torre 1 es el más nuevo de los 3 Península Towers y tiene tanto una piscina cubierta y al aire libre. Esta unidad de un dormitorio 2 + tiene una cama king size en el dormitorio principal y (2) camas dobles en la habitación de invitados. El sofá-cama den abre en una cama de matrimonio muy cómoda. El baño principal tiene un jacuzzi. Hay (3) TV con cable, (2) reproductores de DVD y un equipo de música de CD con capacidad de I-Pod.

La cocina está muy bien equipada, comedor con capacidad para 6, hay 3 baños y un tamaño completo lavadora / secadora en la unidad. Hay (2) balcones. El balcón de la fachada con vistas panorámicas de la Bahía de Banderas, piscina y bañera de hidromasaje, mientras que el balcón trasero tiene una magnífica vista de las montañas de Sierra Madre. Usted puede ver los fuegos artificiales en la bahía de noche.

Al lado, en la Plaza Península, hay un Starbucks y varios restaurantes. La plaza también incluye bancos y un casino.

Family vacation

We had a great vacation. Condo location is close to restaurants and grocery stores. The oceanfront view is amazing. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location

Such a great condo! It lacked nothing and the views were beautiful. The pool restaurant and drinks are well priced and so convenient for a day at the pool. Super easy to Uber from and lots of things within walking distance. We will be back!

Property is exactly how pictures look I will say was surprised by how big the pool was 395 feet. Amazing unfortunately very difficult to get a chair and impossible to get a chair on the beach.

Senior trip for high school students!

Property was very nice. Beautiful ocean view. Security is a little annoying at times but after staying there for a few days it was no big deal. Property manager brought us water and ice, very helpful in explaining the building. Overall great stay.

Condos with the most amazing pool!

Our condo was fantastic! It’s huge and a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. The property is located close to the grocery store and a kitchen that you can entertain in. The people who work at the condo plaza are exceptional. The owners were very responsive before, during and after our stay! This is my 3rd time here in the last 10 years and will not be my last!

Fabulous Views

The unit is large and comfortable. Three full baths. The bedrooms get the morning sunrise and a gorgeous view of the Sierra Madre Mountains. The view out the front catches expansive sunsets over the Bay of Banderas. The photos on the VRBO site don't do this place justice. The unit's great! The views are fabulous!!(BTW a few little problems were immediately dealt with by the host. Great communications! You'll be well taken care of.)

Gorgeous condo and grounds

Lovely condo, floor to ceiling window/doors let the light and breezes flow throughout. Well appointed kitchen with all the basics. Bill was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this for a family of 4-6 (provided 2 kids can sleep on the fold out bed in the bonus room). Lovely grounds with wading pool, large rec pool, and a excellent lap pool. Short term guests cannot use the fitness center.

Peninsula Vacation

We enjoyed our time at the Peninsula. The view is amazing from this condo. The hosts are great and communicate well. We were a little disappointed with the pool. It was in need of repair and they were working on it while we were there so the pool was pretty much half full the whole time. Also there was a lot of noise from them working on the pool. It’s not the fault of the owners and the pool needed to be fixed but would have been nice to know about this happening before booking. We still made it work as it’s vacation and loved being in the sun.

Very Nice Condo to Enjoy our Visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula Towers 4B. Plenty of room, great kitchen, fantastic view. We did have a few things that needed attention, i.e. the master bedroom hair dryer was not working and one of the air conditioner units in the living room needed batteries and security did not have any. Also we never got to park in the parking space the owners pay for. It was taken by an unknow person the entire week. Luckily there were plenty of open spaces. I would recommend this condo full heartedly to friends without a hesitation.

Beautiful Property!

The unit itself was exactly as described. Pictures and all. It’s a big place, to be sure, with lots of space. And that pool… man… it was wonderful! Neighborhood was good, places to eat and all. Grocery was a bit of a walk, especially coming back with bags of stuff.One disappointment was that unless you are staying 3 weeks or more (I think, might be longer), guests do not have access to the fitness center. That wasn’t advertised in the posting but I guess who needs that? Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and we are seriously considering coming back next year.Thank you!

Great Stay in PV

The condo was excellent !!! Large open living space, bedrooms very comfortable. Three bathrooms with showers. Very functionable kitchen. Comfortable couches and a large rear deck looking toward the mountains and a large front deck looking out over the beach. The large pool had plenty of seating when we were there. Largest pool in PV with a hot tub that is hot. Food service via waiters was excellent. Service, food quality and price. The condo is quiet and relaxing. Even though the area is very safe, security was outstanding. You do have to give them your room number every time you enter but that the couple of seconds that takes shouldn't bother anyone. Friendly people everywhere. Walmart is about a 15 minute walk but you'll want to taxi back with groceries. Taxi was 5-10 usd. Communication with host is excellent. We will be back !!!

PRO’s— Security top notch. Pharmacy and Starbucks 5min walk. It’s a high end area, quiet and relaxing. 3 bedroom furnished condo. Far from where the action is in PV but Uber ride is cheap, we are family of 5 and average cost is USD5. Condo itself is very spacious, fully furnished, like a home away from home. Not a lot of people, so it’s not a breeding ground for COVID😁. La Isla Mall walking distance. If you want peace and quiet I would recommend this place. If you want to stay where the action is, stay by Malecon, 5 de Diciembre or Zona Romaantica, it’ll save u Uber rides. CON’s— Kiddie pool under construction if u have small kids. Only residents are allowed to use gym, spa and indoor pool. Only have a snack/ canteen bar by the pool which has a limited open time, but the service is 5star.

We loved our stay here! The condo was super clean and the host Bill was super responsive to questions. Great location with great views and beach access. We felt very safe. Security was on point. We are a family of 5, 2 parents and 3 teenage boys. We used the extra futonlike couch for a 3rd bedroom. And the 3 full bathrooms/showers were awesome. All the bedrooms (including futon couch room) have ceiling fans, which is important to us. The pool is shallower than we would like, but my boys still had a blast. The pool area and beach was never crowded (we were there at the end of May).We Ubered everywhere, and that worked out great. There is a grocery store about a 7-10 minute walk away. We walked there and ubered back due to the amount we bought the 1st time. The next couple of runs we walked both ways. Cafetop is in the shopping center right outside the gate and we walked there (like 5 minutes) and had amazing shrimp tacos our first evening. Ubers and taxis are close everywhere. I don't think we ever waited more than 5 minutes for one. There were fireworks on the beach 3 nights while we were there, too. We did have to wear those darn tourist bracelets and show them to security to get back in every day. But, all in all, fantastic experience and great place to stay. Beautiful property

We have traveled to Puerto Vallarta since 1992. We have stayed at the marina, Grand Venetian and now Peninsula. This is a beautiful property and the staff are excellent, very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo and property right on the beach!

We loved our stay at this condo! The place is huge and has everything you need for a relaxing stay in beautiful Puerto Vallarta. We loved sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset and listen to the waves crashing on the beach. I would love to go back to PV and stay at this same property. Security was top notch and we felt safe staying at the condo. The room service was not the best, but it’s okay if you just want French fries and drinks. My daughter got sick after eating a chicken sandwich and the hamburger was not good either. There are so many amazing places within walking distance, so definitely explore other dining establishments. The only thing missing from the condo was detergent for the dishwashing machine. I bought some tablets and left them under the sink. Future guests, you’re welcome. No way were we going to hand wash dishes during our vacation. :) I highly recommend eating at La Dulce (Italian) and the Argentinian steak place, both are within walking distance. Other fantastic restaurants that were recommended by the hosts are Gaby’s, Pipi’s and El Palomar. Those places not only had excellent food, but they also had wonderful entertainment. Take cash/pesos to tip the musicians! They definitely deserve the tips!

Better Than Expected

We were looking for a good size condo with kitchen, ocean view and balcony. This place exceeded our expectations and would like to return and tell our friends. (My wife left her watch at the condo and housekeeping was prompt to let us know they found it and asked for instructions on what to to with it). Just good honest people.

Christmas in Paradise

This condo is in Peninsula Vallarta, a wonderful place to vacation in Puerto Vallarta. Skip and Bill obviously thought of everything a guest would need to feel comfortable, including cleaning supplies and beach towels. My daughter and I were there for eleven days. The views from the balconies are lovely. We could watch sky divers landing on the beach and the sunsets were awesome. We spent several days hanging out at the pool where the pool restaurant, Maggies, was available for delicious food and drink at reasonable prices. It was an easy cab ride to downtown where all the excitement of PV was there to explore. Opening the front and back doors of the condo gave us a constant refreshing breeze throughout the condo — no need for air conditioning, and after days of adventure, we slept like babies listening to the ocean. Skip and Bill were immediately responsive to any questions and gave many great suggestions for restaurants and stores. We felt totally at home in the condo and hated to leave at the end of our stay. I would definitely rent this unit again. The staff and security in the building are top notch! It was a dream vacation.

This is a great property. We love the Peninsula and this condo specifically. We had a fast and easy check in and a great stay. Owner is very receptive to any concerns. We love the time we spent there.

Amazing Stay

Would definitely recommend this beautiful condo. Skip is more than a wonderful host to deal with. He provides every bit of information possible to make for an easy stay.
