Outside there is an enclosed side garden with patio and furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.6, a pub, and within 0.9, a beach. There is a Bus Stop nearby, and walks from the door are possible, with easy access to South West Coast Path The Mill is situated right on the track that leads to the enchanting St Nectan's Glen - a beautiful wooded valley that leads to a gorge and impressive waterfall, with a delightful woodland cafe. Please note that this is a pet-free, non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: The property is decorated for Christmas
