Esta casa está ubicada en un vecindario tranquilo, sea respetuoso y tenga en cuenta que cualquier ruido fuerte podría resultar en un desalojo.

Pase sus días en Big Bear en las laderas disfrutando del sol y el aire fresco de la montaña. Por la noche, retírese a esta cabaña abierta y aireada ubicada cerca de Snow Summit en un hermoso lote arbolado con bañera de hidromasaje, chimenea de leña y futbolín.

Reúnete en la sala de estar y calienta los dedos de los pies junto a la chimenea de leña de la esquina mientras miras televisión por cable, navegas por Internet o juegas un juego de futbolín.  La cocina tiene mesa y sillas con asientos de banco, estufa de gas, refrigerador, microondas, cafetera y se abre a la sala de estar. Salga a la amplia terraza trasera cubierta y parrilla en la parrilla de propano o disfrutar de una noche bajo las estrellas sumergirse en la bañera de hidromasaje.  A los niños les encantará jugar en el patio trasero grande y plano cercado por los imponentes pinos, o jugar un juego de ping-pong o de maíz.

En el pasillo encontrarás 3 dormitorios y un lindo baño completo con bañera, así como la lavandería.  El dormitorio principal tiene un baño completo, TV de pantalla plana con cable y cama king size.  Dos dormitorios más espaciosos aseguran que todos puedan dormir bien por la noche. Para una escapada familiar de fin de semana, no se puede superar esta cabaña por la ubicación y las comodidades.

Perfect for a few days skiing

so close to Snow Summit, easy drop off and pick up. Love that the cabin is one story and the dogs loved the fenced yard. So many games, books and DVDs for evening entertainment. It is an older cabin so a little dusty and the hot tub could use a deep clean but overall great.

Cozy cubby cabin

This cabin was great for our short getaway. The beds were nice and the place was clean. It was close to walk to mountain trails or town. Checkout instructions were clear and hot tub was nice. The reason for 4 stars is there was no instructions for TV/cable with 3 different remotes and the pots and pans Teflon coating was severely scratched up. Overall a great little spot!

Great location for this roomy cabin for 6 of us to stay. The cabin has so much potential, just needs attention to detail and some care. Someone made the bed in the master bedroom with a comforter with a 12 inch rip and the stuffing coming out. The towels in the bathrooms were hung wet, not damp, and required placement in the dryer. The kitchen had bathroom hand towels because there are no kitchen towels. The bathtubs are super slippery. My 81 yo mother slipped on her bottom. There were 6 of us with a hot tub and there were only 6 bath towels in the house. The nice antler light fixture over the nook in the kitchen was full of cob webs. This would be a great find if a manager came by and inspected the property and set higher standards.

Bring cleaning products, you'll need them!

Property was extremely dirty when we arrived, and overall it needs a lot of love and care. I spent hours wiping down the kitchen, it was absolutely disgusting from the floors to the kitchen table. Looking around a little more closely, there entire place was dusty and dirty. Cobwebs on the ceilings, dusty blinds, pretty much everywhere needed to be cleaned. Linens were a mess too, torn, beds poorly made, closets had stuff thrown in and not organized at all, dirty pillows. The yard had trash all over it, both the front and back yards, so be prepared to do some cleaning up around there too if you have kids who you don't want picking up dirty cans and bottles. Upside was the location, it was centrally located and quiet. It was also easy to communicate with management when I sent photos of what was wrong with property to ensure we wouldn't be held accountable. Overall, there needs to be more care taken, especially during COVID times, to clean this property thoroughly. If I hadn't had the foresight to bring my own cleaning products, we wouldn't have stayed because nothing was provided and there was no way we would have stayed there after finding it so dirty.

Cozy no frills getaway

Stayed at the "cozy cabin" on a busy holiday weekend. For its part, it lives up to its description and location, cozy and centrally located. Amenities are basic and a decent value for the price. There were issues with check-in due to the property management company's "system being down," however we were ultimately able to be checked in by the appointed time. Ironic in that we received a text from them that morning to come up early to check in. It is a bit surprising given the volume of business this property management company handles that there isn't a back-up system for just such occurrences. There was also a discrepancy with available parking spaces; the check-in agreement noted only 2 cars were allowed. When reserving this property via VRBO this information was not indicated on the listing. In reaching out to the property management company, there was little offered in terms of alternatives, only that "it says only 2 cars are allowed on their website." On arrival we noted that posted signage on the property indicated 4 cars were allowed. Evidently there can be big fines associated with exceeding the allowable parking. The property management company did ultimately concede that if the signage indicated 4 vehicles that we could in fact park up to 4. Evidently there is a discrepancy between listings on VRBO and their website. Upon arrival we did find a fair amount of the kitchenware to be unclean and similarly the extra bedding piled loosely on the closet floors in the bedrooms. We requested additional cleaning supplies which ultimately arrived at 9:30 pm that evening. Understandable given it was a holiday weekend and all that we had requested. A better solution might have been to offer to provide someone to actually finish cleaning the property. For their part, the property management company did try and make things right by fixing the problem(s) and refunding our cleaning deposit. All in all we'd stay again at this property again and do business with this property management company in that the property was as advertised, and issues were resolved, but in the future would be particularly cautious with reservation and check-in.

We do our best to get this up and going for the stay, but with so much traffic in and out of the homes, this is something that is hard to promise always working.We apologize that the home was not cleaned properly before. This is not what we like to hear from our tenants, and not up to our standards.As we are the management company for the home this is something that we can and will address once notified for us to address. The Big Bear Lake City ordinance limits the number of cars that can park at each property. These are set by the city or county and are non-negotiable. Guests found to be in violation will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeit of all rental fees, charges and deposits. The maximum car parking is based on ideal weather conditions.Each cabin has minimal supplies. Destination Big Bear supplies bath towels, bed linens, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning sponge, and minimal cleaning supplies. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner or shower soap. Each home has a different inventory of kitchen appliances and supplies.We make a note of it and do the needful on an urgent basis. Inconvenience Regretted, As we are the management company for the house this is something that we can and will address once notified to us. Warm Regards, Destination Big Bear .

Great location, cozy cabin, had everything we needed.

We spent Christmas in the cabin and had a fantastic time. There were lots of games and the house had everything we needed especially the kitchen for our family meals. I personally loved being in the hot tub while it was snowing. Great location close to The Village, slopes and grocery stores.
