The property has four bedrooms, two with en-suites on the first floor and two on the second floor with a shared bathroom. There is a kitchen with a dining area, a separate dining room, a sitting room with vaulted ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace housing a woodburner and, overlooking the sitting room, a galleried snug with a library of books. Outside, the property has its own 10 acres of meadows with a wildlife pond and plenty of space for off road parking. In a great setting for exploring this beautiful region, Old Chapel is perfect for a family holiday or a getaway with friends.



The Neighborhood:

The village of Hartland provides visitors with a craft shop, good pubs and several places to eat. The village of Clovelly lies just 5 miles away and is renowned for its steep cobbled streets and 14th Century harbour. The unspoilt coastal resorts of Bude and Bideford are both within 15 miles making this a superb base for a varied and enjoyable holiday.
