Set just steps away from Prague’s main attractions, it allows you to fully experience the city’s atmosphere while having a comfortable space to relax and unwind. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Old Town Square with its famous Astronomical Clock, stroll across the iconic Charles Bridge, or explore the shops, cafés, and vibrant life around Wenceslas Square. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, local bistros, and boutiques, making it an ideal base for discovering the city.

The apartment itself offers 86 m² of thoughtfully designed space and is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. It comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. There are two bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and another with two single beds (100 × 200 cm each), providing flexibility for different sleeping arrangements. The living room is bright and inviting, with a comfortable seating area and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you might need during your stay, such as a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine, along with all essential kitchenware. A major advantage of the apartment is the air conditioning, which is quite rare in central Prague. You can also enjoy a spacious private terrace, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or an evening glass of wine! The apartment features a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine, as well as a separate toilet for added convenience.

Our apartments are thoroughly cleaned after every stay, including the removal of germs that may cause common viruses. Your safety and comfort are our priority, and we’re happy to provide more details about our cleaning procedures if needed.

During your stay, you will have fresh towels (one large and one small per guest), clean bedding, shampoo, hand soap, dishwashing supplies, toilet paper, and high-speed unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

Please note that the city tax is not included and must be paid before arrival. The fee required by the city of Prague is €2.30 per person, per night.

Check-in starts at 16:00. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

The apartment offers self-check-in. Keys can be collected from a central location about an 8-minute walk away, open 24/7. Instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in. Personal check-in at the apartment is available upon request for an extra fee: €20 (16:00–21:00), €30 (21:00–00:00), €50 (00:00–01:00). Please request this at least one day in advance. Payment is in cash upon arrival.

Please respect the house rules, take care of the apartment, and be mindful of neighbors. Violations may result in termination of your stay without a refund.

1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
