This property is in need of a huge renovation. No fridge, microwave , coffee machine or even a cup. Only one elevator was working on the entire property and all of the ice machines were broken except for floors 3, 6 and 10. It’s a good thing we didn’t spend much time in our room!

It said there was a refrigerator in the room that I had to have for my medicine and of course it was not. So then they were gonna take care of the refrigerator but when I got back up to the room, the air conditioner was broke. So they did switch me to a better room with a refrigerator, which I appreciated. Also, two of the three elevators were broke, so there was a little wait time

I guess you get what you pay for? But then on top of that, they add fees that they don't mention in the description. They also aren't using accurate photos to represent this specific location. Our room was bare bones, no amenities except for a bathroom and a TV. Nothing felt clean. The bed sank, slid. It felt like a college kid trying to play grown up. Neither the sink nor the bathtub drained water in a timely fashion. None of the shampoo or conditioner or soap had been stocked. We were only there for an overnight stay, but they had charged us a "resort fee." considering we paid for parking and there was nothing in our room except for two bottles of water that seemed to be going above and beyond to make us feel like we were at a resort… We voiced a complaint at the desk. When we did so, their response was "if you had told us sooner we could've gotten you another room." My response is: why aren't all the rooms good? Why would I need to ask for another room? How would I know that there is anything better?

This is an OYO casino/hotel.I don’t know if we should have expected less because of that or what… but. This was definitely not a comfortable stay. This hotel room felt more like a motel room.The pictures that are on the booking did not match what we walked into and what we got.1. Please be ready to pay for parking. It is not included in anything.2. There is also a “resort fee”. Not sure what for.3. The room we got had no fridge or usual amenity associated with MOST HOTELS IN THIS DAY AND TIME. 4. The bathroom was all out of shampoo and conditioner and body soap. Just empty containers having not been refilled. 5. The water wouldn’t drain from the sink nor the tub for at least 5 minutes.6. The bed barely stayed on its platform support and also sank in weird spots. BUT — the sheets were clean. 7. Only one lamp worked. 8. There was a power strip for us. It was … good.9. The indoor pool was closed, But in all honesty, wouldn’t have gotten in it because nothing felt clean. Maybe that’s just Vegas?When we complained when we checked out (we were only there for maybe 15 hours — The desk said, “You should have told us. We would have moved you.” To which all I could think was — or just make ALL THE ROOMS BETTER.

The staff were friendly and pleasant. I know this is stated to be a budget hotel, and it definitely was. I was charged a resort fee for both nights, which wasn't on the description at all, 5 out of the 6 elevators were out of service, there was only 1 chair in our room so we couldn't even eat at the table together, the bed was broken, there were holes in the bedding, the conditioner was empty and it took almost an hour to have some brought to us (I actually had to go find someone to get some before any was delivered), the tub looks as if it hasn't been deep cleaned or updated in well over a decade, the showerhead was leaking and spraying water out of the shower, the toilet had to be flushed several times to get stuff down, if we didn't lift the flushing handle, it would stay down with water running and none of the ice machines worked. I understand being budget friendly, but this was crazy. The pictures oversold everything about the room. My girlfriend and I appreciated the bed and place to sleep, but we were definitely overcharged.

Was ich an diesem Hotel schätze, ist die Nähe zum Strip, sodass man ihn in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Preise sind recht erschwinglich, selbst wenn man die Resortgebühr berücksichtigt. Ich war in den letzten zwei Jahren dreimal dort.

Ich hoffe wirklich, dass sich jeder, der Las Vegas besucht, für dieses Hotel entscheidet. Es ist super praktisch gelegen und in der Nähe des Las Vegas Grill. Direkt im Hotel werden alle möglichen Aktivitäten angeboten. Tagsüber gibt es im Casino jede Menge zu tun. Es gibt viele unterhaltsame Hotelaktivitäten für jeden Geschmack. Die Karaoke-Anlage ist fantastisch und das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Für ein 3,5-Sterne-Resort war es wirklich fantastisch. Das Personal war wunderbar und voller Energie. Mein erstes Zimmer entsprach nicht ganz meinen Erwartungen, aber ich bekam ein Upgrade auf ein viel schöneres Zimmer mit einem unglaublichen Blick auf den Strip. Das Essen war köstlich, und die Spielautomaten waren meiner Frau wohlgesonnen. Die Tische waren ein Riesenspaß. Ich habe einige tolle Leute kennengelernt und mich den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht angeregt unterhalten und gelacht. Ich kann es kaum erwarten, bald wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal und das Sicherheitspersonal!

Hier gibt es JEDEN TAG 10-fache Punktemultiplikatoren an fast ALLEN Automaten!! Ich sammle hier wahnsinnig viel Freispielguthaben. Ich habe im August gespielt, und als ich im Februar wiederkam, hatte ich 0 Freispielguthaben. Normalerweise bekomme ich um die 00 im Monat, und ich bin gar nicht so oft hier. Ich bin echt beeindruckt. Mein Freund ist total neidisch… haha.
