the room is ready for us..we check in at 7pm as soon as we arrived Vegas.its near everywhere if bts i coming back in vegas i will book again..i can walk from the stadium going back to the room..we really wanna try the pool but we run of time..the host is nice easy to communicate with..

The condo was clean upon arrival. The bed had a cute little towel decoration on it. I do wish there were a few more towels though. But the stay was great. It had all day security monitoring the property, so we felt safe. Would definitely stay there again.

The rental unit was clean, AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The bathtub was large, which was nice. The TV's were small, which was alright.

The condo was clean and appeared close to pictures. Easy check in and very helpful gate security. I felt safe staying alone. The pool was cloudy and not clean but the condo itself was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The keurig did not work, however the coffee maker did! I would stay here again.

Kitchen was okay. Pots and pans were very scratched which is unsafe for use. Utensils for cooking need to be exchanged. Pool was great.

Location was great! But the furniture and comfort of the rental was not accurate to the photos. The place was very dark with most of the lights not working right. It smelled as someone had been smoking in there when it was supposed to be a smoke free rental. The caulking around tub in the bathroom was gone and so water has been getting into the walls and under the tub. Under the kitchen sink smelled really bad, and the air filters in the place really needed to be replaced. We actually checked out and left after the first night of being there (3 days early) and went to a hotel instead. This place has good potential if it was better taken care of.

Sorry, I could not give your request for refund. When you notified me, I immediately responded; about the 2 issues 1) the caulking around the bath tub; and 2) the bad smell in the closet under the kitchen sink. I asked you, if I could send my housekeeper and my handyman to resolve the issues immediately, and you REFUSED.These 2 issues should have been resolved easily (by cauking the bath tub and flushing the garbage disposal). Also, air filters can easily replaced by my handyman if you allowed my handyman and housekeeper to do their services. Per my housekeeper, you stayed in the Condo because you used all the towels, linens and bed sheets. Again, I completely disagree about your comments, and Sorry NO Refunds. Good day!

As a couple, we recently rented this condo. Perfect location if you want to be near the hustle and bustle of the strip without all the noise. We recommend taking a quick 4-5 minute Uber or taxi to the strip, as parking was near impossible.As indicated upon reserving, we received our check-in information two days prior to arrival and everything you need to know is very clearly written.This one bedroom condo is as pictured and as described, very clean and had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. Nice little balcony to enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the birds, or enjoy a cold beverage in the evening and look at the lights on the strip. We really enjoyed starting the day with a swim in the heated pool and an evening soak in the hot tub chatting with other guests, both of which were a few steps away from the condo. There is also a beautiful smaller non-heated pool. You will feel very safe in this gated community! Guard at the gate and security walking around the property, all very friendly.At the end of the day, you will enjoy a very restful and quiet sleep in a comfortable bed, and choice of pillows. The bathroom is stocked with plenty of big bath towels (if you wear make-up, bring your own cloth or wipes for removal, as the towels are white). If you forget, there is a Walgreen's a few minutes walk from the unit for little items you may need.We were not disappointed and would absolutely book Manny's condo unit again. Highly recommend!

Our trip started off a little rough because when we arrived late at night, the room unfortunately had not been cleaned yet as it had been forgotten. We ended up waiting outside for about 2 hours while it was cleaned, which definitely wasn’t ideal after traveling. That being said, the cleaners were extremely kind and worked quickly, and the host was accommodating throughout the situation. We were a bit frustrated that only a small fraction of what we paid was refunded given the inconvenience, but aside from that, the rest of the stay was good overall. The house itself was a decent place to stay and the location was a huge plus, definitely not walkable to the Strip, but super close and convenient for anyone planning to go there regularly. There were also 2 pool locations within the property, which was super nice, and the property felt very safe since there was a security guard walking around throughout the night.
