This clean and well-presented 5-bedroom home on Clifton Hill is perfectly suited for families, groups, or business stays. Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, the property features 4 ensuite rooms plus an additional modern shower room, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their own space.

With double beds in each bedroom, the home provides plenty of room to unwind, whether you`re gathering as a group or enjoying some quiet time after a day exploring Brighton.

- Please remove your shoes when inside the property.

- Please be considerate of neighbouring properties at all times.

- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10:00pm.

- Strictly no additional guests, events or parties.

- No smoking within the property (Evidence of smoking will result in a £150 fine)

- Unless agreed in advance, late checkouts will incur a fee of £30 per hour.

- If a guest locks themselves out during their stay and require assistance there will be a minimum charge of £60.

- In the event that keys are lost, stolen, missing or not returned to the correct location guests will be charged for the replacement and/or to change the locks if deemed required.

- Pets are not allowed within the building - If there are any signs of a pet having stayed at the property internally or externally you may be liable for additional charges.

- We require a copy of ID from each guests aged 18 & over prior to arrival for security and insurance purposes. This is held inline with GDPR regulations, and deleted 10 days after your stay.
