Everything was clean and in good working order.However we did not use the games or the hot tub..The beds are very soft. It felt like I was being pulled down under the bed. I didn’t sleep well on them.The driveway is extremely steep. And the road up to the driveway is also steep. There was no level area to park, and getting in and out if vehicles was problematic.It is very private, and quiet at night. There were Daytime construction noises.It’s close to Pigeon Forge, and Townsend. Cades Cove was just 1/2 hour drive.

We were very disappointed that this was advertised with dollywood tickets but actually you only get one. You really shouldn't say plural tickets when it's not. That's actually false and misleading. We would've stayed somewhere else if we knew that. Especially after the driveway situation. Almost a 90 degree angle. That also was not mentioned. The house was neat and clean tho.

Easy check in. House was ready earlier than expected. Nice cabin. Kitchen had almost everything needed for the week. Beds were very firm/hard/uncomfortable Hard to control temperature due to large windows with no coverings. Hot during the day and cold at night.Issues:Home advertised free Dollywood tickets (plural). Its actually 1 ticket per day (can't use them all on same day) so the advertising was misleading. 2nd floor bathroom leaked into 1st floor bathroom. Loft bathroom leaked into 2nd floor bedroom. No functioning tv in Loft. Cable box had been removed- asked about it on Sunday and they said they would look into it. Never recieved a box or a response. Toilet in loft bathroom was wobbly. The driveway is STEEP- think 40% incline. The drive up to the home was a one lane road and we would have to back up if another vehicle was attempting to go in the opposite direction. I did not feel safe driving to/from the cabin or parking on the driveway. During a rainstorm we had a very hard time getting up the driveway. Very stressful!We did not use the pool. Too far to walk and we tried to avoid driving as much as we could for reasons listed above.

NOT MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY

Started off bad! The address sign is grown over with weeds. We arrived at night, after an all day motorcycle ride and could not find the address. After we finally located the property, we discovered that the driveway was on about a 40 incline. I asked management about the driveway, before our trip. There was not even a level place to park. The loft shower/floor leaks above the 2nd level bed. The second level shower leaks into the first level bathroom. The first level bathroom floor has a rotted spot next to the shower. The dresser on the first level bedroom was broken, drawers not working. The loft toilet was wobbly. Overall the upkeep of the cabin was very poor.

Clean and beautiful views

The place was one of the cleanest places we stayed at. The views and decks were very nice.Couple of things to note. There is some wear and tear showing on the unit. We did notify them about a leak from the 2nd floor bathroom to the 1st floor.We wish there were additional linens provided as there were pillows to use but no pillow cases.Lastly it should be noted that this place isn't great for older people or ones with some mobility issues. The driveway was EXTREMELY steep. There were no grab bars in the bathroom. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would rent a cabin from this company again!

Family vacation

We had such a great time. The cabin is clean and decorated so cute. The kids enjoyed the video games and played for hours! I sat in the hot tub every night after long days of touring the area. The location is perfect, so conveniently located to all attractions. The only issue we had was with the very steep driveway. We were not expecting it and it was scary getting in & out. We made it without incident but it was very nerve wracking! Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay!

Great Place for Family Vacay

This property was nice, we stayed with family friends. The layout worked well as it was essentially three hotel rooms - one on each floor. The only reason for the 4 star was the fact that the house was either way to hot due to zero shades and way to cold at night. But if you know that going in maybe it wont be so unpleasant. Driveway was steap but managable. No bears thankfully!

Great Stay

The only downfall as mentioned in many other comments is the drive up and driveway is very steep. Be mindful of that during the winter months. Other than that, this was a fantastic stay for our family! House was very comfortable and clean. Shower on middle floor and loft were very spacious, hot, and had great water pressure. Shower on lower level was tight but fine for kids. We took advantage of some of the Summit Cabin Rental discounts as well for local attractions. Don't miss out on those!

Daughter’s birthday weekend

It is as advertised. It was clean, good comfortable beds. It was a little tight for 9 people. Basement was really cold in winter and don’t go if there is a threat of snow unless you want to be stuck there,

Beautiful view but steep driveway

Cabin was very clean and cozy, neighborhood very good and quiet. The only thing I didn't like it is the driveway or area to park is very steep or higher and uncomfortable to park. You will need a higher or 44, and not even think in a small trailer or cargo could be impossible to turn back out of the property.dangerous

Views & Games were great, however...

Golden tee golf game & views were awesome. Comfortable furniture & great rockers on deck, the deck however needs work, there's tons of nails popping up to catch your feet & railings are in poor shape. It's hard to keep heat on the lower level, the sun warms up upstairs so furnace won't kick on, main floor will be almost 80° while lower lever is in 50s. Very nice grill on deck. Pots & pans are poor quality, pots & lids don't match. Overall, for the price, I expected better.

Nice cabin

The cabin itself was nice. It was clean but a bit more cramped than some of the others I have stayed in. The king-sized beds were a plus. The driveway was very steep: however; the neighborhood was great, not too far out from Pigeon Forge. All in all, we had a great vacation!

Games with a view

The house was very clean and nice. The septic stunk so much we couldn’t hardly get on the desks. The kitchen needs some kind of chopper, forks and storage bowls with lids. Neighborhood is quiet.. nails are coming up out of the porch and pickets are loose from the railings.

Nice place to relax

Cabin was set up perfectly for our family. Three king beds were just what we needed. Saw several bears up close and personal. Enjoyed our stay. Kitchen needed a few more cooking utensils such as measuring cups. Management should inform guests that the ice maker is emptied after each stay. So guests will not have any ice unless they know to bring their own. Ice maker takes 2.5 days to fill. Other than that, nice place.

Very private and cozy

The cabin was very cozy and secluded. The drive up and driveway were very steep was the only complaint I could have. Otherwise the cabin was great.

Games with a view

The cabin needs some upgrades the floors are very creaky and the rocking chairs need to be replaced they could crumble at any moment. The location is very secluded and peaceful.

Great Location

The cabin was clean and kitchen was set up with appliances. Location is perfect and close to everything. Driveway is steep, so be prepared. We saw a bear walk up the driveway which was cool.

Christmas Vacation in the Smokies

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our stay. Check in and getting to the property was easy. Other reviews mention the driveway being steep, which had me worried but we didn’t find it to be an issue. I could see it being difficult in winter weather but we had no problems making it up and parking. The cabin was spotless and had all of the essentials you will need for your stay, as well as all of the features our family was looking for. The arcade games were a hit and also the hot tub. We visited at Christmas and it was decorated for the season making watching Christmas movies with the tree and the fireplace just perfection. It felt so cozy! The location is about 20 minutes to the strip in Pigeon Forge, so all of the attractions we wanted to visit were a very reasonable distance but yet the cabin felt secluded and private. The first level stays chilly, so bring warm pjs if sleeping down there. Also, bring yourself a cozy throw blanket for watching movies or sitting by the fire as there were none there. Those were the only recommendations or “issues” I could mention. Would definitely stay again.
