Disfrute de su increíble sabor del paraíso en Loreto 80 - Mezquite, es una hermosa y acogedora unidad de estudio en el corazón de Loreto. Está ubicado en la calle peatonal del centro (calle tranquila), al lado de nuestra Misión de Loreto ya solo 3 cuadras de la playa. Le encantará cocinar en su cocina o trabajar con su computadora portátil mientras mira por la ventana.
Podrá admirar la divertida mezcla de decoración entre contemporánea y rústica con encantadores detalles mexicanos.
Es perfecto para parejas o viajeros individuales.
No hay acceso vehicular al estudio, solo peatonal. Deberán estacionarse en la calles adyacentes

A menos de 5 minutos de la plaza, supermercados, cafeterías, paseo marítimo, restaurantes, lo que sea. Las tiendas de artesanos que cruzan la calle y 7 minutos a pie de la playa. ¡Tenemos la mejor ubicación! La propiedad Loreto 80 solía ser una antigua casa colonial, que ha sido restaurada y adaptada en pequeñas unidades. Estudio El Mezquite, tiene 1 cama king y una amplia cocina para preparar comidas deliciosas y comerlas en la mesa del comedor. El baño está dividido, la ducha tiene su propia habitación privada al igual que la sala de baño. Cuando sea necesario para respirar un poco de aire fresco, puede sentarse afuera debajo de la pérgola. Una vez que ingrese al estudio, podrá llamarlo hogar.

NOTE: Located close to Zapata Restaurant so if you are sensitive to noise this might not be the best fit for you. Live music is played in Zapata Restaurant from Thursday to Saturday from 6:30-10 pm.

Loreto es una ciudad pequeña y nuestros estudios están ubicados en el centro histórico. Las calles adoquinadas le dan ese ambiente acogedor junto con los "saludos" de los lugareños. Haga su paseo matutino a la playa, por la calle principal, y admire el hermoso amanecer. En el camino de regreso, desayune en uno de los muchos restaurantes. ¡Necesito probar los burritos de machaca o frijol!

Loreto 80s are my favorite place to stay in Loreto.

Each apartment is uniquely decorated and all are perfectly equipped for any length stay. The hosts truly make you feel like family

Very nice property at absolutely excellent location!!Online information though did not mention that it is adjacent to Zapata Cantina. We very much enjoy the live music, but this might not be case with everyone.

❤️ Love this property. It is in the perfect location on the plaza to walk to everything. The property itself is pristine and very pretty. The owner was easy to reach, very accommodating & provided information ahead of time about taxi prices,numbers. We will recommend and definitely stay here Again on another trip. Thank You!

My experience with this property was excellent. My studio was very clean, 10m walk to the beach. Many shopping and restaurants options are at walking distance and it’s a safe place.

We loved the location. The studio is well appointed, and pleasantly appointed. If you like being in the center of town instead of along the ocean, this is the place to stay. Loreto is such a charming walkable town, and this studio reflects that vibe.

Charming getaway

The studio was exactly what we needed for our short 3 day stay. Right at the center of all the shop’s & restaurants. Music from the bar next door was loud but it ends at a decent time. The studio was cute & clean with the exception of a few ants in the kitchen (easy fix) the only issue we encountered was the air conditioner was struggling to cool down the room. We got used to it and it did get cooler the following day. Might just need a little tune up. Bathroom & shower were clean and had what we needed. Note, the shower does not drain very fast so the shower pan fills up with water quickly. Check in was super easy & the host was quick to answer any questions that I had. We could not get the Smart TV to work but I did not let management know because we didn’t need it during our stay.

barking dog and late night noise

Our stay was pretty average for when we come to Loreto except for the last couple of days where, one night the staff at Zapata's were signing at the top of their lungs to music as they were cleaning up and two nights in a row a neighbor dog barked all night long. This made is pretty difficult to get a goods night sleep.

Loved the location. Easy, pleasant stroll to the malecon, shops and restaurants All minor concerns were resolved satisfactorily. Really enjoyed the cantina next door. The staff and food were great and the bands Thursdays and Saturdays were fun. Would recommend.

Very cute place with plenty of space for two people. Kitchen had basics, we cooked some quick meals easily. Front porch opens up to restaurant/bar (no privacy). Two nights out of four that we stayed there, the bar had a live band which was very loud at the studio and went until a little after 10pm (just a heads up for any early sleepers). Bed was pretty firm but would be fine for short stays (unless you like a firm bed of course :) Great location and good grocery store nearby. Overall, good stay.

Perfect for single or couple, perfect location

Very new and clean apartment. Modern yet still feels 'Mexican'. Loved how it was decorated and the kitchen was well equipped and fully functional. I immediately felt safe and comfortable. The location is perfect, right on the cobblestone pedestrian street, quiet at night and walking distance to the plaza, restaurants, the malecon, etc. The bikes were perfect for exploring the town. Solvin and her mother, Lucia, were very quick to respond and helpful when we needed anything (got the hot water fixed as quickly as possibly, brought a smaller bike for me, offered information, etc.). The only small drawback is lack of outdoor living space. We took the funky chairs outside in the afternoons to read and enjoy a beverage but we were basically sitting in the parking lot facing cars with no privacy whatsoever from the many people passing by. A rooftop patio would make this wonderful little studio even better! Still, was very happy with our stay here and would definitely recommend it to others as long as you are okay with no private outdoor living space.

Great beach bungalow...needs work

This is an excellent property, in a nice, safe, quiet part of the coast north of San Felipe. It is especially well suited for families. The unit is classic Baja brick, concrete and wood building. The furnishings are comfortable and pleasingly authentic. The place does, however, really need some infrastructure upgrades and maintenance. Essential plumbing repairs are in order. There is no hot water piped to either the kitchen or the bathroom sinks. In addition, the kitchen sink leaks, and the bathroom sink is inoperable. The floors need to be refinished and painted. Entry door mats should be provided outside the doors. The interior lighting needs to be renovated. throughout. More standing lamps, lighting over the kitchen and bathroom sinks is needed An operational information packet for guests would be most helpful as well. We found a bevy of remotes for the wall mounted AC/Heating. None of them operated any of the devices. The kitchenware is a haphazard mix of barely serviceable items. A rigorous review and renewal of all utensils and cookware is much needed. In short, the entire place needs a thorough going through. This home is home is a special place, and it deserves a bit of loving attention.

I was born in California but my parents decided to move to Loreto when I was a teenager, ever since then Loreto has been my second home no matter what part of the world I am living in. We are nature lovers that enjoy outdoor activities and reading a good book at the beach. My mother being perminent in Loreto, is in charge of hosting our cozy, creative and conforting studios.

It was bought 20 years ago when the town had only 9,000people and we would sleep outside at the patios in summer. We were happy and free kids running on the dirt streets with an ice cream dripping.

Like I mentioned in my profile, I am in-n-out of Loreto, but if I am not in Loreto my mom Lucia Alaniz will be there to assure your stay is pleasant.
