I was born in Mexico, but many years ago I moved to Alaska with my wife and brothers, where we built a life together and raised our family. I’m a proud father of four daughters and now a grandfather to seven grandchildren, so family means everything to me.

After spending so much time in Alaska, I felt a strong pull to return to my roots. Playa del Carmen gives me that connection again, the warmth, the culture, and the slower pace of life that I’ve always loved.

I’ve always enjoyed simple things like being near the beach, eating fresh local food, and spending time outdoors, especially after living in such a cold place for so many years.

Hosting this home allows me to share a part of that lifestyle with others. My goal is for every guest to feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly at home while enjoying everything this beautiful area has to offer.

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance between peace and convenience. I really value having a quiet, secure place to relax, and this community provides that, while still being just a short drive from the beach and the energy of Playa del Carmen.

What I like most is the atmosphere, it’s surrounded by nature, feels very safe, and has a strong sense of community. You don’t feel like you’re in the middle of the busy tourist areas, but everything you need is still close by, from restaurants and shops to the beach and Quinta Avenida.

For me, it’s the best of both worlds: a calm, comfortable place to unwind, with easy access to everything that makes Playa del Carmen such a special destination.

Being in a gated community with resort-style amenities gives guests access to pools, sports areas, and green spaces, while still enjoying privacy and peace away from the busy tourist zones. At the same time, you’re only a short drive from the beach and everything Playa del Carmen has to offer.

I’ve also made sure the condo is fully equipped with everything you need, including fast and reliable WiFi, which is important for both relaxing and working remotely.

For me, what really makes it unique is the feeling, you can start your day slowly, enjoy the surroundings, and come back to a quiet, comfortable space after exploring. It’s that sense of ease and balance that I love sharing with my guests
