The Space:
Enjoy our stylishly designed studio on your getaway for 2 to the Mexican Caribbean! It’s in an unbeatable location in the heart of Playa, within walking distance of the beach and the famous 5th Avenue, lined with cafes, restaurants, bars, nightlife, boutique shops, and more. Plus, there’s a Walmart you can walk to for groceries and essentials.

The studio features a sunken living room space that separates the kitchen and lounge area from the bedroom. The space gets lots of light via the wall-to-wall sliding glass doors. Open these doors to extend the space to the private balcony, where you’ll find a dining table and chairs. You can enjoy a meal alfresco, work on your laptop, or just enjoy a tranquil moment to yourself.

There’s a cozy sofa sitting area that offers the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed moment. Nearby is a cute kitchenette to prepare simple meals at home and a dining bar for two. This spot also doubles as a pretty comfortable laptop workspace—if you must! (and we hope you don’t!).

When it’s time to turn in for the night, there’s a plush queen bed facing a wall-mounted Smart TV to wind down. You’ll have blackout shades when you want to sleep in, ample closet space, a modern bathroom with new features and fixtures, and a spacious stand-in shower. In case you need to accommodate extra sleeping space, the sofa can pull out to a queen-size bed.

You’ll have free guest access to on-site amenities like the rooftop pool and lounge with views of the Caribbean Sea! There’s also a fitness center, lobby lounge with pool table, business center, and 24/7 security desk.

This place is fantastic because everything you could need is just a short walk or drive to get to. Grab a coffee at WOW Cafe nearby and then have a nice stroll down 5th Avenue with tons to see and do.

The Neighborhood:
In the heart of downtown Playa, walking distance to the famous 5th Ave pedestrian walk street with shops, bars/restaurants, nightlife, and more. Plus, near the beach and beach clubs and just a 3-minute walk to Walmart! Here are some of our nearby restaurant recommendations:

- WOW Café (Coffee house w/light fare, Keto & Gluten-free friendly!)

Getting Around:
The condo is in the Syrena Living condo complex, which is about a 50-minute drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) when there’s no traffic! You should please check your map app for accurate driving time when you arrive. The best way to arrive is to prearrange transportation or a rental car. If you need help with arranging transport from the airport, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
- There is a karaoke bar in front of the property, which closes at 4:00 AM every day and may cause noise.
- Because of its prime location, you may hear noise at night from nearby establishments. **There is a bar across the street that’s open until midnight, which can get noisy. If you’re a light sleeper or like to go to bed early, keep that in mind.**

Interaction with Guests:
You’ll use a building code to enter the building and a code to the lockbox to obtain the condo keys. The codes will be provided to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message!
