A bright and elegant apartment with a beautiful lake view, located in a quiet and convenient spot in the center of Stresa, just a short walk from the lakefront and all amenities.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a building without an elevator, was completely renovated in 2026, furnished with taste and attention to detail, and equipped with every comfort, including high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 200 Mb/s), to ensure a pleasant stay in every season.

From the balcony and the kitchen/living room, you can admire a splendid panoramic view of the lake, the historic center, and the surrounding mountains all the way to the Swiss Alps.
The apartment is located in a quiet, secluded area just a short walk from the center; thanks to its excellent location, you can reach the pedestrian zone on foot in just 5 minutes, where you’ll find all amenities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy; the lakeside promenade, the new marina, and the boarding point for the Borromean Islands and other boat excursions on Lake Maggiore are all less than 300 meters from the apartment.
The apartment is very bright and airy; the kitchen/living room opens directly onto a small private terrace furnished with a table and chairs—ideal for dining and enjoying the splendid view of the lake and the surrounding mountains; It is equipped with a heating and air conditioning system featuring a heat pump, with indoor units in both the kitchen/living room and the bedroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, conventional oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave; Guests have access to dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, a toaster, an espresso machine, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a citrus juicer.
Living room with an extendable table, chairs, a double sofa bed, and a 55-inch D-LED Smart TV with satellite TV and high-speed Wi-Fi (up to 200 Mb/s).
Bedroom with a double bed, closet, and crib, with access to a small side terrace; linens provided for both the bed and the crib.

The apartment’s single-level layout, combined with the free availability of a crib and high chair (to be requested at the time of booking), makes it particularly suitable for families with children.
- A private parking space for the exclusive use of guests is available free of charge in front of the building (dimensions: 240x430 cm with minimal tolerance—see photo); Alternatively, there are several public parking lots near the house.
- To access the entire area where the apartment is located, you must pass through a narrow passageway 220 cm wide (see photo). The passageway may look narrow, but it’s actually easy to get through; over 100 cars pass through it every day.
Other things to keep in mind
1. Minimum stay varies by season.
2. Utilities, including heating and air conditioning, are included.
3. Cleaning, including bed linens and towels, is included in the price.
4. Free private outdoor parking in front of the building (size: 240x430 cm with minimal tolerance); bicycles may not be left on the roof or in the back of the car. Alternatively, there are several public parking lots near the house.
5. Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid ID or passport for registration with the relevant authorities.
6. The tourist tax, if not charged directly by the booking platform, must be paid in cash upon arrival: €1.00 per person per day. Children under 6 are exempt.
7. Check-in must be done in person; you are required to provide identification upon arrival for registration with local authorities.
Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM; check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- For arrivals after 9:00 PM until 11:00 PM, subject to prior agreement with the host, there is a €30.00 surcharge to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For arrivals after 11:00 PM, check-in will take place the following morning.
